Frassanito is ran by an amazing group of people that are extremely accommodating and understanding. Even during a national pandemic they took care of me. I went to Frassanito back around October of 2018. I was using a diamond from her grandmother’s ring, I was so nervous my fiancée would not like it. Well Frassanito re set the diamond, it came out so beautiful- their was no way she wouldn’t love it the second she saw it. They ended up featuring it on their Instagram it came out perfect. Fast forward to April of 2020 a freak accident happens and we needed to get the ring repaired. I easily got on the phone with them. First call they answered and they helped me take care of the ring. They stayed in contact with me all throughout the process and they got it done as fast as possible. At a time where the world is shut down and we thought we were going to have to wait a long time before we could even get into contact with someone- Frassanito saved the day.
