This fraud Store Manager name William at Stupid Markens fraud jewelers sold me fake diamond few years back and i went back to claim for it then they started saying that i can either go for higher quality diamond which they don't have. I paid $2000 for them. This is my biggest misktake in my life. I should never have gone in that stupid store. I am talking about store at queens mall.

It's messed up, I purchased a ring, at "final sale" quickly while my girl thought I was signing lay away, to find out I payed Double the price, money down the drain, when I wanted to treat her, in talking bout markens in Queens center Mall

I have had a very bad experience on my 1st anniversary at Garden city store. We purchased a ring here and when we asked the salesman said it is refundable. But after purchase he simply printed on receipt that it is a final sale. When we returned to store for refund he pointed out to receipt saying it’s not refundable. Moreover he rudely said I never said it is refundable and asked me to leave the store. My wife was so shocked by looking at the way he changed his colors and started crying outside the store. Don’t trust these people they go to any level to sell their stuff.
