Working with LM Weddings for our recent wedding celebration in Tulum this past April of 2022 was nothing short of a dream come true. My (now!) husband and I went down to meet Maju in November of 2020 to look at venues in Tulum and didn't get married until April of 2022 given the pandemic and other factors for us and our families.
Over the nearly two years we worked with Maju and Leanne on planning our wedding they were incredibly supportive, professional, and kind. They really cared about our day and were invested in ensuring it was executed just as we'd described - and wow, did they deliver!
The true beauty of working with Maju was her extensive connections in the Tulum and greater Playa del Carmen area. The designer, hair & make up artists, venues, florist, and hotel that Maju introduced us to were beyond impressive, responsive, and experienced - and better and more affordable than any vendors I had originally tried to source on my own. Although my partner and I live in New York, planning a destination wedding was so much less of a stress knowing Maju was there in Tulum and readily able and available to handle any issues or vet any concerns throughout the wedding planning process. She was even able to source local goodies for our welcome bags which were such a special touch for our guests traveling from all over the globe.
Outside of the wedding night itself, Maju was instrumental in planning our Welcome Party and sourcing the location of our dreams for the event. During both the Welcome Party and Wedding, we were aware of her presence and her mastery behind the scenes but she was so conscious of ensuring not to let us know about things we later found out went wrong - sparing us from any stressors on the day of and taking care of it with her incredible team.
We are truly blown away by LM weddings and cannot recommend them enough. As Maju is the planner and connector, Leanne is the financial support system behind it all and together they make for one amazing team to support you and your partner in the celebration of a lifetime.

My husband Bryan and I had our wedding in December of 2022. We started the planning process about a year and half prior. We worked with Maju from start to finish. Maju is truly a wonderful person. She's kind, experienced, professional, and HONEST. Maju was attentive to every detail and wish that I had, and was honest where she needed to be. I'm not the easiest person to deal with, as I have very specific ideas for what I like/don't like. Without her, this wedding would not have been possible. Everything went smoothly and I will forever remember my wedding weekend. If you're considering a wedding in Tulum, LM Weddings is the way to go. They have over a decade of experience, work with the best vendors, and make the entire wedding planning process one that doesn't have to be stressful.-
