I originally thought I could plan my wedding on my own, but I was WAY wrong. We hired Kennedy Weddings approximately a year out from our wedding day. My first meeting was with Cristin over the phone - our personalities just clicked, talking to Cristin made me feel as if I was talking to someone I'd been friends with for years. Cristin made sure I stayed on track with my planning to-do list and had fabulous recommendations when it came to other vendors - she made it really easy to plan a wedding in the Austin area while living in Houston. Cristin, Heather and Kim are such a great team and they really did everything they could to make my weekend absolutely perfect. This will not be the last time we hire Kennedy Creative Events!!

Absolutely loved my wedding planners!

Cristin Meehan at Kennedy Weddings was an absolute godsend!! My husband and I live overseas and I knew that it was important for us to have a wedding planner despite the venue offering a site coordinator to assist us. My husband actually was skeptical of hiring a planner but after we met with Cristin he completely changed his views. I had no idea where to even start with the planning process as I had never thought of anything wedding related in my life in terms of colors, themes, decor, invitations, food...nothing!! Cristin helped us take each step one at a time to make the wedding 100% a reflection of us while she managed the execution, and the execution was flawless! As we live in Dubai, time differences were always a challenge but Cristin was always available to us by phone, Skype, text, and email. Everything was done remotely and we only met Cristin in person about 6 weeks before the wedding. I never had to chase her on anything she was always on top of everything. The weekend itself was magical. To be honest I was a bit bored at times the morning of the wedding because I had nothing to do! Everything was looked after by Cristin and her team. Because of Cristin I was totally relaxed and actually enjoyed every minute of the wedding. We had a bit of a issue with my dress being too long for our first dance where we went to Cristin with "a solution, please!!" and she and her assistant B came up with one that saved the day. All of the vendors we hired were referred to us by Cristin. I didn't research any of them as I figured they all must be ok given that she had worked with them before. All the vendors exceeded our expectations and we wouldn't change a thing. I'm a bit sad the wedding is over now as I will miss Cristin! I think that says a lot.

Cristin and Helen did such a wonderful job coordinating everything for our wedding! They were easy to work with and extremely helpful. They made sure the big day was perfect!!

Cristin worked with us through the entire 18 months of planning our wedding. She was truly amazing. We are based in Baltimore, she is in Austin, and our wedding was in Florida. Even though this was a destination wedding for us and Cristin, she did an amazing job keeping in touch with us and all of the vendors. No idea was too crazy or time consuming, and she made all of our visions for the wedding become a reality. During our wedding weekend, the entire Kennedy Weddings team helped every single thing run smoothly. There were a lot of moving parts to our wedding weekend that could have caused a lot of stress for my family, but we were able to enjoy every moment and did not have to stress at all. I will always be so thankful to Cristin for helping create an amazing wedding weekend.

B or Heather came on board when our first coordinator was unable to do it for some reason. She made me and my daughter feel comfortable immediately. She was always available and made helpful suggestions. The part that was most important to me was the day before and the day of the wedding. Everything went so well because of her planning. Sarah said it was her dream come true and was magical. Thanks so much!!!!!

Cristin was so helpful throughout the whole year of planning our wedding. The day of the wedding was perfect and it was everything I imagined it would be and more. I would recommend her to any of my friends!

When my (now) husband and I initially began planning our wedding, we wondered just how complicated it could be. We perused the online planning calendars and checked out the wedding magazines and came to the conclusion it was something we could tackle easily by ourselves. It only took a couple of months (and a few complicated questions from vendors such as "What time does the loading dock at your venue open?") before we realized we didn't have the bandwidth to tackle wedding planning with our full-time jobs.

We reached out to Cristin and the staff at Kennedy Weddings for help with planning the wedding about a year out from the big day. Cristin was absolutely invaluable in organizing all of the different elements of the wedding -- from the room layout, to managing vendors, to keeping us on-time with due dates for big decisions. She's also great at helping generate ideas and recommending vendors without imposing her own preferences. Cristin was responsive, professional, flexible, and enthusiastic throughout the entire process. It was such a relief not to have six different vendors calling me with questions while I was at work; instead everything went through Cristin, who would handle any logistical questions and put together action e-mails with any items left for us to decide on.

Cristin and her team also provided planning services on the day of the wedding itself. If anything didn't go according to plan, my husband and I certainly didn't know it! We were able to fully enjoy ourselves and be with our guests, rather than trying to make sure the ceremony and reception were on schedule. The reception went so smoothly that one of my bridesmaids asked for Cristin's contact information for when she gets married in the future!

And THAT's how I made it through the entire wedding process without a single "bridezilla" moment. We couldn't recommend Kennedy Weddings highly enough!

Cristin and her team made my wedding effortless. If there were any issues I still do not know about them! She was so easy to work with and introduced us to several vendors that were able to make our vision come to life. I would highly recommend her and would use her again in a heartbeat!

We used Weddings by Kennedy to coordinate our daughter's wedding in Austin, Texas. I don't live in Austin, so I felt as if I needed some outside help. Additionally, the venue was outdoors, and it required bringing almost everything in. I loved our venue and its owners were extremely accommodating and helpful, but they did not offer wedding planning services. Cristin Meehan with Weddings by Kennedy offered superior assistance. Her professionalism and flexibility, listening to what we wanted and offering appropriate advice, was perfect! She was able to suggest vendors when needed,and coordinated the vendors we had chosen. She was well-respected by the other vendors. She asked for our information in a timely manner,and provided us information in a timely manner. There were lots of moving parts to pulling off a successful event, and we feel that Cristin made this happen! Cristin was already committed to another vent the same day of our event, and her substitute, Sunnie Channel, had been brought in ahead of time so the hand-off was flawless. Additionally, she worked well with my daughter, listening to her concerns and assisting her where she needed help. In summary, we had an absolutely beautiful wedding, and it was due in no small part to Cristin, and Weddings by Kennedy! Now I can't wait to see the video! My only regret is that it goes by so quickly!
