My husband and I are from California and were planning our wedding in Texas. When we decided to go tour The Vineyards at Chappel Lodge in Austin, we went for a drink at one of the bars nearby which is where we randomly met Jessica!
We had no idea how we'd plan a whole wedding from another state, but she made is SO simple! It was important for me to be able to trust someone with all the details when I wasn't going to be able to be there every step of the way and she and her team did the most phenomenal job!
My garden party spring wedding vision came to life and was everything I dreamed of. Jessica took every detail I wanted seriously and found a way to incorporate everything so seamlessly.
Her and Mo were right there helping me through when we had issues with the guests not being on time to the ceremony. And if you want someone to put their foot down and tell people how it is, Jessica is your girl!!
Her whole team is so fantastic and helpful through the planning, emails back and forth, and day of. They were a dream to work with! After months of planning together, she definitely felt like a friend who genuinely wanted us to have everything we wanted.

My husband and I got married at Umlauf Sculpture Garden on Saturday April 25, 2026. We found 3 of Cups through the preferred vendors of Umlauf. Because our venue has such a short setup and breakdown window, the coordinator was one vendor we wanted to be sure was very familiar with the venue and its quirks. When we first booked 3 of Cups, we had most of our other vendors booked already, so I was really looking for someone who could help manage the day-of and help our vision of a simple, but beautiful garden wedding come to life.

Even though we hired them as day-of coordinators, they did SO much work ahead of time to make the day go smoothly. I primarily worked with Jessica leading up to the wedding, and then Katrina was my day-of lead. Jessica helped me think through all the challenging logistical scenarios (like a rain plan that we weren't sure if we'd have to execute until about 48 hours ahead of time) and details that I never would have thought of. And Katrina executed everything on the day-of perfectly. Seeing the venue set up for the first time was a pinch-me moment and vision come to life.

This team was worth their weight in gold with the amount of work they put into the wedding. On the wedding day, we asked to change some things on the fly, and Katrina rolled with it like the pro she is. We had a decent amount of DIYs, which meant more work for Katrina when setting up. But she made setup look like a breeze, in no small part thanks to Jessica's planning beforehand. Jessica talked me through what was realistic to fit on our tables and also realistic to set up without needing extra hands. I appreciated her level-setting and ability to tackle challenges before they even arose.

There's so much more that goes into planning a wedding than just decor, and everything else went smoothly too. Every time we told a vendor we were working with 3 of Cups as our coordinator, their first reaction was always "Oh I love working with Jessica! She's great." That speaks volumes about how they manage all the moving parts of a wedding.

Katrina also managed our rehearsal. Her clear instructions, level-headedness, and advice during the rehearsal helped calm my nerves and helped my husband and I feel like we knew what we were doing standing at the altar. It can be nerve-wracking to be standing in front of so many people, but going through the rehearsal with Katrina helped a lot.

I highly recommend 3 of Cups. If I were to plan it all again, no question I'd work with 3 of Cups.

Choosing 3 of Cups for our wedding at the Fairmont Austin was easily the best decision we made in the wedding planning process. As a couple with a diverse background, it was incredibly important to us that our personal identities were honored. From our very first meeting, Jessica and the 3 of Cups team met us exactly where we were. They are the perfect blend of organized and efficient, and their collaborative planning meetings were the most beneficial part of the entire experience. They didn't just help us find vendors that matched our personal style; Jessica acted as a true partner who navigated venue specifics and all the details that caused some nervousness from icy Austin weather to ensuring guests parked at the hotel seamlessly. She has an awesome ability to connect with people on a personal level while maintaining a top-tier level of organization that kept us calm and on track. The entire 3 of Cups team is top notch especially when it comes to navigating the unexpected. A perfect example of this was when last-minute weather challenges meant our bagpiper was unable to make it downtown and perform. Jessica and George (3 of Cups DJ) pivoted instantly, securing classic Scottish music to ensure that part of our heritage was still beautifully represented. On the day of the wedding, Katrina on the team was also fantastic. She handled coordination elements like ensuring all guests had their valet tickets so seamlessly that we didn't have to think about a thing. Hands down the favorite part of the night was the atmosphere on the dance floor. If you are booking their DJ services, George is phenomenal. He took awesome direction and read the room perfectly, expertly looping pop music into Persian pop to accommodate our diverse group of attendees. He kept the energy high and the transition between genres felt completely natural. We are beyond thankful to the 3 of Cups team for making our wedding day at the Fairmont such a memorable experience. We cannot recommend them enough to any couple looking for a team that is professional, personable, and truly experts at what they do.

Hiring 3 of Cups — Jessica, Katrina, and their team — was the best money we spent on our wedding. Brian and I were married on 10/25/25 at Springdale Station, and we live in Oregon, so planning from afar felt daunting. 3 of Cups made everything easy: organized, fun, and effortlessly cool. They handled the nitty‑gritty while we got to make the fun decisions.

We’re laid‑back and not great with deadlines, and Jessica and the team never added stress or made us feel bad when we missed something. They were realistic about vendors and budgets, and their recommendations were excellent. We used their in‑house florist, DJ, and photographer — and loved them all.

Kay, the florist, made all my flower dreams come true even though I struggled to describe what I wanted; everything she created was beautiful and interesting. George, the DJ, played our hits and brought nonstop energy. Lee, the photographer, arrived early, offered to stay late, and fit right in with the group. We haven’t received our photos yet, but I already know Lee will make us look way cooler than we actually are.

By far the best decision my husband and I made was picking Jessica and her team to help plan our big day!! We can’t recommend their team enough. From the very beginning, we were met with enthusiasm and guiding expertise that helped us make all the crucial decisions leading into our wedding day. We got married at the LBJ wildflower center and it was so amazing to have a planner who knew the ins and outs of our venue and knew how to talk us through how to make our dreams come true in this space. It is an overwhelming world out there in wedding planning but every planning call meeting eased our worries and always left us feeling less stressed. We had specific asks of our vendors and 3 of Cups helped us find the perfect vendor team, including finding our DJ! All of our vendors matched our personality, our vibe and helped delivered the most PERFECT day and night! If anything went wrong or had hiccups, I didn’t notice because they handled that day perfectly, diligently and professionally. We also had a huge family loss that happened just days before and Jessica and her team showered us and our loved ones with empathy, kindness and love. Jessica and her team are so much more than wedding planners, they become invested in you and your story. They are so personable and truly grow to caring about you and your family, and that care translate across the board in everything they touch. Our favorite part of the wedding was our ceremony, it was so perfectly curated and planned and it was only possible through their creative problem solving and expertise. Jess and her planning team are unmatched! Believe all of the 5 star reviews because this team is out of this world. From day one, Jessica was the most valuable part of my planning process - I truly could not have done this without her and her team. She took away almost all of my anxiety every time we met for our pre-planning meetings, she knows the best vendors and the best wedding tips/tricks, she keeps your head on straight through all of the stress, and the way that her mind works is INCREDIBLE. She helped me plan everything down to the literal minute and I ended up feeling SO confident in our plans that I barely had any anxiety on the day of because I KNEW that she and her team had everything handled. I genuinely didn’t worry about anything because Kristin and Audrey (my day of coordinators) were familiar with the plans and they handled every little thing. We held our wedding at Camino Real Ranch and our planning team collaborated so well with the venue and the other vendors. We even booked our DJ service (with Brice!) and that also made things so easy - I knew that Jess and her team would choose the BEST DJ for us that she trusted and it worked out perfectly. I also loved when I would book vendors and tell them that I was working with 3 of Cups and they would be SOOO excited to work with the 3oC team because they're that effective and trusted in the industry! We are so happy, the wedding was a whirlwind but the day went as smoothly as possible, and your team helped keep the train on the tracks whenever we had any issues arise.

We are both extroverted, and me as an individual I am very organized and a huge planner and type A person. Tom, my husband is more go with the flow out of the two of us, but has a great eye and knows how to throw an incredible party.

3 of Cups was so helpful with having our vision come together, upon first meeting with Jess and team I told her I was a super planner but the weekend of my wedding I just wanted to kick back and enjoy and celebrate with my husband. Once the wedding weekend was here that was the case, we both were able to feel like guests of honor for our day.

They were very communicative, we had a terrible occurence happen where our cater, Royal Fig went out of business with no plan in place to help us or replace our catering contract with a new team. Jess immediately met with us, and sourced new vendors the same week, she was with us every step of the way, even going above and beyond assisting with the new tasting with our new caterer, Hanks (who was also incredible).

I was initially hesitant about hiring coordination for our wedding and am now so so thankful we did. Working with Jessica and her team could not have been more helpful or necessary!! Having a POC throughout the planning process to help with the details (and even knowing what details we need to consider are) in addition to day of coordination made the planning process so much easier. The day of the wedding Jessica was there with two of her assistants, who helped with everything from décor set-up, ceremony details, timing of the event, and everything in between.
