Best wedding venue in joliet, il!
I don’t know where to begin. Jen with the Joliet Area Historical Museum is absolutely INCREDIBLE. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing and helpful she is. She will be there for you from the day you start with them all the way until your wedding, and she is willing to help with anything and everything. My wedding was 10/16/20, my DJ didn’t show up. Jen seriously dove head first Into resolving that issue ASAP. I know I’m missing a lot of things she did in this review, but out of all the vendors & people on my team that I had to work with, she was the only one that genuinely gave me a sigh of relief instead of extra stress & confusion.Sent on 11/01/2020
If you want the absolute best wedding, at a BEAUTIFUL venue that won’t break your pockets for your first few years of marriage, THIS is the place to go. I’m actually kind of sad the wedding is over and don’t need to go there as frequently now.
I wouldn’t have changed a thing about my wedding at this place. ❤️❤️❤️

We planned to have our wedding ceremony and reception at the Museum but due to the pandemic we ended up just having our ceremony, a small cake cutting, and first dance. It definitely wasn't what we planned but everything came our great. Jennifer helped us so much through out everything; all the questions, concerns, changed, just everything we needed. She was amazing. I will definitely be using the museum for any future special events.Sent on 11/13/2020

Superior! Absolutely wonderful. Top notch helpful!
The answer was never “no” or “I don’t know.” It was “yes”, “I’ll make that happen” and “no problem!” Then they took matters into their hands and bent over backwards to help us when our DJ didn’t show. Wedding Coordinator Jen, she gets 10 stars out of 10. Not a nit to pick!Sent on 10/23/2020
