The Grand Ballroom offers dramatic 16-foot arched ceilings and luxe gold chandeliers and accents. For up to 130 guests to eat, drink, and dance the night away. Perfect for hosting both your ceremony and reception.

For welcome receptions and cocktail hour, consider the home's first floor. Mix and mingle with your guests as you sip fabulous cocktails and nibble your caterer's delicious hors d'oeuvres throughout the flowing formal rooms. The Drawing Room, Dining Room and Fireplace Room are beautifully trimmed with the original oak for stunning photo backdrops. In the summer, your guests can enjoy the sweeping Cape Cod-inspired front porch.

Come early and get ready for your special day with your wedding party before the ceremony in your own private Bridal Suite complete with three oversized, luxurious bathrooms. The expansive suite offers plenty of space to relax and get ready, including a hair and make-up counter for three. And we haven't forgotten the groom and groomsmen. He/They have their own mahogany-inspired Groom's Room on the first floor. Separate floors means you won't meet until your First Look on our Grand Staircase!

History
Barrington’s White House was built in 1898 and today holds a spot on the National Register of Historic Places. The mansion was once a home to John and Julia Robertson Jr., who entertained dances and Ladies Club meetings in the ballroom. The mansion is the Cultural and Community Center for Barrington, welcoming hundreds of guests weekly for performances, speakers and community events.
