Sarah and Sarah were both great to work with. Sarah A and I had a great time planning my wedding! I knew what I wanted but I had a difficult time executing it. She did a fabulous job and has an eye for design! She started out by understanding my vision, then suggested many vendors in all price points to help execute the vision, and remained in communication with all vendors and needs throughout the process. She was readily available for any questions I had and always remained calm. She helped me stay within budget and helped me decide what was “worth it” and what wasn’t. On the day of, everything went smoothly! It was a great experience. My fiance and maid of honor also loved working with her!

From the very first day we booked with her she outlined for us what our timeline with her would look like. She not only provided us with an entire Google dock of documents, which I used throughout the entire wedding planning process, but met with us in person and on zoom at least five times that I can think of minimum. She attended our tasting with us as well as the final walk-through and our rehearsal the night before it truly felt like she was involved in every part of the process!
That only begins to describe the interactions we had with her before the big day, on our actual wedding day, saying how her and her assistant worked verified that hiring her was one of the best decisions I made in the entire planning process. She communicated with me without any problems, she was always punctual and problem-solving for me. She kept me calm on the wedding day and my family completely agreed that she kept the show running! Thinking back on the entire wedding, planning process, choosing to hire Sarah with Jade and Onyx events was absolutely the best decision I made and the best use of my money!

My daughter got married 2 weeks ago and she had the pleasure of using Sarah (Jade and Onyx) as a wedding planner. Sarah worked closely with the bride and groom to get a clear idea of their vision. My daughter was particularly excited to work with Sarah because of her strength in making the wedding venue look beautiful. As the mother of the bride, I got the peace of mind of knowing that my daughter had someone to guide her through all of the decisions to be made. Sarah was instrumental in making wise choices of vendors and she helped us save money getting the most bang for the buck. On the day of the wedding Sarah and her assistant took care of everything. It was more beautiful than I could have imagined. At one point during the reception I thought about how I got to enjoy everything without any anxiety about what was supposed to happen and whether or not it was being handled. The groom commented the following day that there were probably things that came up that were resolved before he was even aware there was a problem! I would recommend them without reservation.

Sarah did an AMAZING job throughout my WHOLE engagement, wedding and post wedding. (Literally even keeping track of groomsmen jackets lol). I would HIGHLY recommend her to all of my family and friends. She was extremely professional throughout every call and meeting we had. She pointed out things I would’ve never even noticed. Sarah was great during our whole wedding planning process. She was always available for consultation when we had specific questions or when we needed to meet with vendors. Her expertise and knowledge in the process and area meant she always had great recommendations for vendor options, and she was incredibly resourceful and detail-oriented. We had back up plans in place for the big day, but she also proved that she is able to handle anything that comes up unexpectedly. She was incredibly professional and a great resource when navigating the intricacies of vendor selection or venue negotiations. She knew the right questions to ask even when we did not. Moreover, she has a great eye for design. Her recommendations for how to set up the venue, placement of flowers, candles, etc. made for a beautiful wedding. Jade & Onyx is AMAZING! We worked with them on our wedding this past March, and (pardon my French) they fucking SLAYED it. They took my Pinterest vision and made it a reality. Sarah A and Sarah C are incredible! Our wedding was literally the fairytale wedding of my dreams thanks to both of them. It was STUNNING!!

They helped guide two people who were completely clueless about weddings through the entire planning process. They provided planning tools, a sounding board for all my vague ideas, and in-depth expertise. They helped us think through the details logistics that we hadn't even considered thinking about!

Sarah A is very knowledge about the local vendors in Austin and the industry in general. We had endless questions, and she was always just a text away! She helped us pick the best vendors for our vision and budget, and all her vendor recommendations were nothing short of stellar.

Their creativity, sense of aesthetic, and design are top notch. They understood my vision and were able to help me figure out exactly what I was looking for with each part of the wedding. Also Sarah C helped us put together an awesome website and designed all of our stationary for the wedding (welcome sign, seating assignments, ceremony cards, and menus). All the stationary looked beautiful!

We had a fusion wedding with two ceremonies, but the wedding day was organized and executed seamlessly. As someone who is very anxious and type A, I didn't have to worry at all with them at the helm! They made sure everything went flawlessly.

On top of all this, Sarah A and Sarah C are genuinely just wonderful people. They are kind, genuine, smart, and funny. It was really awesome working with them both. I'm so grateful to them for making my wedding such an amazing experience. I cannot recommend them enough. Book them now!!!
