We had the most amazing day of our lives - largely in part due to the staff. Everyone present at the venue at some point, ie managers Matt, Christy and the staff were so kind, welcoming and accommodating. They were relaxed and made it easy for me to trust them with our big day! Even the ski lift men were over-the-top kind, patient and funny with our mostly non-skiing crew. We couldn't have asked for anyone better to be there for our day! It made me happy to have a wedding at place where we are sharing our money with kind people! Everyone raved about their meals with at least 20 people going out of their way to tell us it was the best wedding meal they ever had. All salad plates were removed and all 164 dinners were served timely (we sat at 6 and were dancing by 7:30)! The staff brought me a backup bottle of champagne upstairs about 30 seconds after asking for it - I was amazed by the speed! haha. Everything was packaged beautifully for us as well and the to-go meals were a beautiful touch at the end of the night. Everything went off without a glitch and it truly felt like a fairy tale!

The atmosphere was perfect for our daughter's very special day. We loved the venue, both inside and out. All of our guests were able to take advantage of the beautiful views on a great summer night. We felt that the cost of the wedding was a well worth the experience. The quality of the food was tremendous as they served around 200 filets to perfection. We were very pleasantly surprised as that is not an easy task. Our contact Jolene guided us so well and the communication was perfect all the up to and throughout the ceremony. The staff was very friendly and fun. It wasn't stuffy like some venues. It was very loose and professional at the same time. I would highly recommend Holiday Valley for a wedding. We were very pleased.

The entire Holiday Valley staff was equally outstanding—from the service staff and setup crew to the chair lift operators. Everyone was kind, professional, and attentive. We had an absolute blast hosting our wedding at Holiday Valley. The staff was incredibly communicative and professional.
