We had the most amazing day of our lives - largely in part due to the staff. Everyone present at the venue at some point, ie managers Matt, Christy and the staff were so kind, welcoming and accommodating. They were relaxed and made it easy for me to trust them with our big day! Even the ski lift men were over-the-top kind, patient and funny with our mostly non-skiing crew. We couldn't have asked for anyone better to be there for our day! It made me happy to have a wedding at place where we are sharing our money with kind people! Everyone raved about their meals with at least 20 people going out of their way to tell us it was the best wedding meal they ever had. All salad plates were removed and all 164 dinners were served timely (we sat at 6 and were dancing by 7:30)! The staff brought me a backup bottle of champagne upstairs about 30 seconds after asking for it - I was amazed by the speed! haha. Everything was packaged beautifully for us as well and the to-go meals were a beautiful touch at the end of the night. Everything went off without a glitch and it truly felt like a fairy tale!

Better than I could have ever hoped for. Absolutely stunning venue and setting. The food and appetizers were fantastic. The chairlift rides were so memorable for everyone. They made everything so easy. Jolene made sure the day went perfectly from start to finish. The entire planning process was so seamless and low stress. I didn’t even want a wedding because everyone told me how stressful and expensive it would be, holiday valley was the opposite. Extremely affordable and so easy to plan!!!!! I wouldn’t have done it anywhere else and I’m so so so happy with how it all went!!!!

We got married on 9/12/2026 at Holiday Valley Lodge and it was a great experience! Jolene and the Holiday Valley staff was amazing from beginning to end to ensure our day went as planned (or needed to pivot because of weather). The venue inside and outside speaks for itself with natural wood, outdoor balcony, hills, ski lifts in the background, there isn't much more you can ask for. In addition to on-site transportation add-on options and accommodations beside the venue, it creates a great experience for all guests.

Jolene was an amazing event coordinator and answered all our questions throughout the year of planning. Holiday Valley as a wedding venue is extremely flexible and affordable in comparison to a lot of venues in the WNY area with similar packages. We were able to customize our food and beverage menu with minimal restrictions, as well as bring in our own personal elements.

We unfortunately had to bring our ceremony inside instead of on the Mardi Gras Hilltop, but luckily we did because it rained immediately after we were announced as husband and wife. Jolene was extremely responsive and transparent the day-of ensuring myself, family, and the bridal party knew what was going on. The ceremony location was moved inside the reception hall and was still an amazing given the view with gigantic windows overlooking the resort. Jolene and her staff communicated with all of our guests about the change in location and everyone was able to head straight to the reception area.

For food, we had a taco buffet bar which was a huge hit with our guests - the chipotle chicken and cilantro lime steak preparations was spot on!

The only piece of feedback we had was better communication between the golf course staff and the venue staff - we had a disagreement with one of the golf course attendees while taking photos by Cindy's lift. Jolene was able to address the situation and it ultimately did not affect our day, but it would be great if all staff was on the same page where bridal parties can or cannot take photos.

Overall, we would highly recommend working with Jolene and having your wedding at Holiday Valley!

We had an amazing experience with Holiday Valley for our wedding! Jolene was wonderful to work with. She answered all of my questions, was incredibly helpful and professional, and was very flexible with our budget and making changes to our contract and initial proposal.

We chose Holiday Valley because everything we wanted was right there. From beautiful photo locations and great food, to ceremony and reception options and places for guests to stay. Everyone we worked with on our wedding day was fantastic and helped everything run smoothly. We are so grateful to the entire team for making our day so special! I could go on and on about how great our experience was at Holiday Valley.

Holiday Valley hosted the most beautiful day for our wedding and we would not have changed a thing! Jolene and the staff were wonderful to work with throughout the process. Our guests still talk about our chairlift ride cocktail hour! Food and drinks were also amazing!! Our ski shuttle from the church also made transportation for us and guests a breeze!

Our experience with Holiday Valley was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The venue was beautiful, accommodating, and made both us and our guests feel so welcomed and taken care of throughout our entire wedding celebration.

A huge part of what made our experience so special was our coordinator, Jolene. She was exceptional! From helping me make decisions to answering questions and guiding us through the planning process, Jolene was incredibly helpful, supportive, and patient. She truly went above and beyond to help make everything come together and made what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier. We are so grateful for her and everything she did to help make our wedding day the best day of our lives!

We also absolutely loved the add-ons and extra services that Holiday Valley provided. The shuttle service was especially wonderful and such a huge convenience for our guests. Having transportation available to take our guests to and from the venue, as well as into the village, made the entire experience so much easier and allowed everyone to relax and enjoy themselves without having to worry about transportation.

Holiday Valley went above and beyond to accommodate us and our guests, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We are so grateful for everyone who helped make our wedding day so memorable and would wholeheartedly recommend Holiday Valley to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue!

The atmosphere was perfect for our daughter's very special day. We loved the venue, both inside and out. All of our guests were able to take advantage of the beautiful views on a great summer night. We felt that the cost of the wedding was a well worth the experience. The quality of the food was tremendous as they served around 200 filets to perfection. We were very pleasantly surprised as that is not an easy task. Our contact Jolene guided us so well and the communication was perfect all the up to and throughout the ceremony. The staff was very friendly and fun. It wasn't stuffy like some venues. It was very loose and professional at the same time. I would highly recommend Holiday Valley for a wedding. We were very pleased.
