Kelli was our Day of Coordinator for our wedding reception at The Prado in Balboa Park. She was fantastic to work with through the process. She provided us with a planning website we could utilize, we had a few meetings with her to discuss our needs, and a few weeks before the wedding she helped create our day of timeline. She contacted all of our vendors before the wedding and coordinated when everyone would set up/drop off items. The day of the wedding we had a few last minute guest changes and she was able to accommodate the last minute request to change things around for us. During our reception she kept us on track with our timeline but I never felt rushed. She really took away the stress of the details and coordination and allowed us to just enjoy our reception. I would highly recommended her to anyone!

Hire High Tide Events. Hiring Kelli and her team was worth every single penny and probably more. She was incredibly helpful from the day I signed my contract and would check in with me to make sure all last minutes planning items were taken care of. Prompt reply to emails and was always available for questions. Our wedding was fairly straightforward in terms of logistics. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were all located at the same hotel in an outdoor setting. Overall, things went smoothly, in large part to Kelli.

But when it started pouring rain in the middle of the reception, that's where Kelli really shined. She made me feel at ease, worked with the DJ and the hotel staff to move the party into a ballroom. And just like that, 10 minutes later we were dancing again! She also picked up all of our centerpieces, guest gifts and other decor items from the pouring rain and packed them securely and neatly in our hotel room before the night was over. She worked effortlessly with all vendors and was sweet, easygoing and kind. I am so grateful to Kelli and truly believe my reception could have been a disaster if it weren't for her!

Kelli was amazing! I wasn't planning on getting a coordinator for my wedding until some friends that recently got married made an excellent case for one. I picked Kelli because of her professionalism, and a great personality to get along with. I also loved her price, worth every penny and more. Because of her the only thought on my mind at my wedding was my new husband, I didnt have to worry about a thing. She was super flexible with everything we needed. I loved her!

We had a destination wedding in San Diego, and Kelli took care of everything! On the day of, everything went so smoothly. There were so many things I had forgotten but guess who remembered?! And the night before, I wanted some last minute changes, Kelli was able to handle it all.
