This year was extremely busy and chaotic as we moved to Los Angeles, got a puppy, and I started business school while working full time. People wondered how I could juggle wedding planning on top of everything, much less at a venue up north. It's all thanks to Lura. She not only found the most beautiful and magical venue of our dreams, but she made the wedding planning process so smooth (and even fun)! She has wonderful relationships with top notch vendors (and builds strong ones with vendors we introduced to her), always has a solution, and is extremely organized. Lura was the perfect person to help plan our special day. Living outside of California, we desperately needed someone to help guide us through not only the planning process, but also ensure that we would be taken care of during our big day. Lura did both phenomenally. The thing that pushed us to choose Lura was her philosophy that you and your partner should feel like a guest at your own wedding. And we did feel this way. She was on top of all things and ensured that if anything went wrong, that it was corrected, and we were none the wiser. Each vendor we used was so knowledgable, professional, and affordable. Something that every person wants when looking at their budget, and trying to match it up with their dream wedding. The planning process was meticulously documented, and had so much visibility to ensure that everyone knew what was being done or what needed to get done. I especially enjoyed the planning software that was used by each person, so that we all knew who was responsible for what.

Lura is also such an amazing person outside of wedding planning. So kind at heart, you will end up being more friends than just having a professional relationship.

I can’t recommend Lura enough! She helped us plan our 120 guest wedding this year in Geyserville, CA. Throughout our engagement leading up to the wedding, Lura guided us through the planning process in a fun and stress-free way! Planning a wedding is no simple feat and Jeannine and Lura make it look easy. We just celebrated the Wedding of my daughter. Our process started prior to the pandemic and the full wedding was delayed by 1 year. Lura went so far above the contract by helping us with a small ceremony during the pandemic and the full ceremony when it was safe. I couldn't imagine having the wedding without Lura's help. She helped me relax and forget the details so that I could focus on the special day for my daughter - twice.
