We were working on our wedding for months and months, and were highly invested in time and energy. Eventually it just became too stressful for us. It was supposed to be a happy time in our lives, and we were feeling very burdened with organizing the massive project.
Fortunately we found Corina and she saved the day. We started working with her about a month before the event, and she floored us with her organization and design capabilities. She immediately got our aesthetic (farm / barn wedding, rustic yet classy) and was able to offer up design ideas. The next day we had a spreadsheet in our mailbox, and we were on the way to a perfectly planned wedding. We breathed a HUGE sigh of relief. Sigh sigh sigh. We had total confidence in her!
Corina worked so hard for us and gave us such great value that we couldn't wait to pay and tip her. Seriously, nobody works harder than Corina at making the event perfect. She was running around the morning-of, placing flower arrangements, pointing caterers to where things were to be setup, hanging lights, making phone calls, and creating the perfect 'look'. Guest after guest came up offering the highest praise over every detail that was looked after. Corina made the magic happen -- and we got to enjoy the day and celebrate the way a wedding is to be celebrated.
I can't recommend Corina enough. She really is an amazing planner. We are so lucky to have found her, she made all the difference.

I cannot stand the stress and anxiety Corina induced in my fiancée/wife up to and on the day of our ceremony. We had already made most of the arrangements for venue, catering, photographer, etc but my fiancée/wife thought it would be useful to have Corina help take the stress off of us on the day itself.
2-4 weeks before the wedding we started to see signs of trouble. She was never less than 30 minutes late for any meetings. She would take days to respond to emails. She offered to send links to suggested items for the wedding and never do so, despite repeated prompting. She was not direct about costs of items and often turned to that tired old line about “you only get married once”. She didn’t notice extra money was charged for linens and bought many supplies without telling us, then asked for reimbursement on items she was going to use again.
She repeatedly failed to follow through on tasks she volunteered to perform; talking to the events coordinator at our venue to confirm our floor plan in a timely fashion, e-mailing/speaking to our DJ about songs to be played, etc. Those tasks fell to my wife two days to go to the wedding, when these businesses informed her that they had received incomplete communications from Corina. Many of these tasks were not in her job description nor were they particularly onerous for us. But failure to follow through is worse than never offering to perform extra services at all.
She hadn’t given us any sense of when she would arrive the day of the wedding. It gets to be about noon (wedding at 3) and my wife starts to get very anxious that Corina is not here and we have not heard from her with many pre-wedding details not clearly taken care of. She showed up two hours before our wedding was to start. How Corina expected to take care of details within 2 hours is beyond me. It was her good fortune that a legion of my wife’s cousins and some of my good friends stepped up help with these tasks.
These folks are a pleasure to work with; always respectful and mindful not only of other vendors, but also of the service provided to their clients. They know how to promote partnering vendors and show them in their best light, so you have a seamless event! The wedding and event planning team of "Vibrant Events", are consistent in their pursuit of achieving the Wedding Day goals they establish with and for their clients. In short, they are reliable and completely committed to the highest level of customer satisfaction. You won't be disappointed! All heart. All love. I could stop right there. It's really the main message that registered so clearly in my mind watching Corina work. Of course she's great at the details. She's imaginative. She's always on the lookout for sustainable and responsible sources and concepts. She's vibrant. My closest work partners on a wedding day are the photographer, and the event designer/coordinator. And for both, I always say the better they are at their job, the easier they are to work with. Working with Corina is a delight. All heart. All love.
