DJ Donovan Yaukey is a wedding entertainer based out of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. Performer Donovan has been entertaining crowds with his musical skills since he was just 13 years old. Before starting this service, Donovan was the founder of Phantom Shadow Entertainment, a production company that managed over 30,000 events throughout its 33-year journey.

Such a good time!

DJ Donovan has years of experience, is a great person to work with and talk to and played the best mix of music to keep everyone on the dance floor all night! He was able to provide music in 3 different locations around the venue all while having to figure his own Wi-Fi since the venues’s didn’t reach where our wedding was held. He made sure to pronounce any announced names correctly, I could go on and on! From start to finish, he set the mood we wanted for our wedding and wouldn’t recommend anyone else but DJ Donovan!

Head & Shoulders Above

The wedding of our daughter was one of the most important events of our lives. I've known Phantom DJ's since the 80's when they started. Nobody does a better job. We've used them at work and I will recommend them to everybody.

Aaaaamazing!

4 years later my guest are still talking about the experience they had with DJ. Donovan. He was high energy, very entertaining, and brought new ideas to enhance our reception. I highly recommended him for any event you maybe having!

So Accomodating!

We were thrilled to find DJ Donovan. He was able to arrange a DJ for us less than 7 days from our wedding. He was thorough, professional and communicative leading up to the event. They arrived early and and accommodated all our requests and guest. We were so happy to find them!

A DJ Who Could Teach at DJ University

When planning our wedding, this wasn't just another event. This was the most important party of our lives. While every aspect was important to us, what we wanted most of all, was an event where our guests would be thrilled to spend the night celebrating with us and the type of event where everyone would be bummed when it ended.
Wow! DJ Donovan delivered all that we were dreaming of.
Donovan was such a delight to work with. He knows his role as an MC and entertainer and enjoys it, which was evident to all of our guests.
We've received many compliments from our guests thanking us for inviting them to our wedding. They hadn't had so much fun in years!

Wonderful experience!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this DJ. I was in a desperate situation trying to find a DJ in a week and half! The process was effortless as I received prompt replies to email, text and telephone calls. DJ Donovan was courteous and respectful and the DJ of the day, Mike, was absolutely wonderful, doing anything, including flip flopping items in the timeline to accommodate problems with meal. I'm so thankful that they were the entertainment for my son's wedding.

What a man!

Donovan is such a Great guy to work with. My wife and I had the pleasure to have Donovan “MC” my wives 50th Birthday Party back in February. Even though the weather was not cooperating that evening, Donovan not only showed up, but He kept the party going through the evening. Donovan exceeded all our expectations and added a Beautiful ambience with all his lighting. Great Music sound. Clean and crisp. Not scratchy or buffering. Great lights, and even better Friendship. We will certainly ask Him to help with future Occasions. If you are thinking of having ANY special events and want to have a Great time, definitely consider Donovan. You won’t be disappointed.

Beach wedding

We had two different set ups at our wedding, one on the beach for the ceremony and one for our reception. Both were amazing! I was worried people wouldn’t be able to hear our ceremony, but everyone could be heard, even above the waves! The ceremony was wonderful and everyone danced the entire night!
