From the very start of meeting Carolyn, throughout the wedding planning process, until after the wedding, Carolyn took care of everything. Her knowledge, suggestions, and vendor referrals were the best. She kept us on track, was understanding and made everything happen seamlessly, according to our wishes. We hired Carolyn to help plan our wedding, with the Partial Planning package. After hiring her, we ended up booking a unique venue that came with its own event coordinator, so Carolyn immediately said she would plan and run our welcome party instead! That being said, she still helped us contact all of our vendors, and went over the contracts with us. For certain vendors, such as photographer, we still communicated with them, but for others, like floral, transportation, etc. Carolyn handled all of the communication, which was amazing. We got married in Montana, where Carolyn is not familiar with the vendors, but she still was able to get us exactly what we needed. Our welcome party was an amazing hit, and everything looked beautiful!! Carolyn also planned our day-of timeline up until the point we arrived at the venue. She helped us with design details, and brought signs, photos, party favors, and many other things to our event for us, which was such a relief not to have to worry about. She was incredibly thorough with her questions and timelines, and helped us anticipate every need (most of which we would not have even known about)! We would definitely recommend her!

Creative Celebrations often plays the devil's advocate in planning for all possible outcomes beyond one's control (ie weather). While this extensive planning can seem tedious in the moments of planning, it pays off in the end. The event/day went off without a hitch, problem or worry.

Carolyn and her assistant, Rachel, were amazing to work with. They were professional, responsive, and well organized. Carolyn was able to answer any and all questions we had--no question was too silly to ask. I knew she'd have a response. It was also soooo nice the weeks leading up to the wedding and the day of to not have to wrangle our vendors and confirm everything. She took care of it all! Carolyn even fixed the bustle of my wedding dress with her sewing skills during my reception. I can't speak highly enough of Carolyn and Rachel. HIRE THEM! You will not be disappointed.

Creative Celebrations was hired 1-1/2 years before the planned wedding (and welcome dinner) and throughout those 18 months, Carolyn O'Brien was always available. She worked seamlessly with the parents and the bride and groom to capture their varied (and sometimes opposing) visions to find the perfect solutions. She is patient, really listened to the needs of everyone, and worked tirelessly to create the perfect affairs. She is talented, warm, friendly, professional and extremely creative. She has achieved great respect from her vendors and her resources are voluminous.
She was simply the perfect wedding and party planner for our needs. We strongly recommend her for any wedding or other noteworthy affair.

We had a large and complicated wedding with lots of input from family. Carolyn held our hands every step of the way, answered all our questions and guided us towards decisions, helped to manage the family, and made the whole process as stress-free as possible. She is incredibly capable, super organized, and so warm and wonderful to work with. On our wedding day, we were able to trust that she and her team had everything in hand, and we could just have fun! As the title suggest, Carolyn was very organized and cared for us like family. She helped coordinate many aspects of our elopement wedding; creating a detailed timeline, personally overseeing vendors, and being there for us at a moments notice.
