Ashley was amazing, she really held together my wedding day, which quickly devolved as hair and make up was late, and worked with my vendors to re-arrange photos and make sure we were quickly back on track. Her advice and recommendations going into the wedding were also invaluable!

Ashley did the florals for our wedding and they were BEAUTIFUL! She was so communicative, flexible and always open to hearing my ideas and changes. I had budget concerns since we were paying for everything ourselves and Ashley was so sensitive to that. I didn't feel embarrassed when letting her know my budget. She was so understanding! 10/10 would recommend her services to anyone in need of florals and/or coordination help.

I’m so thankful my husband and I worked with Blue Lark for our wedding. We got off schedule pretty fast for photos, and it was a very hot day which presented many other challenges, but she helped us get back on track and have all the moments we wanted to. Not to mention all the advice and time she put into assisting us before hand, vetting contracts, pointing us to vendor that would help us reach our vision, and reminders about important aspects. Ashley was amazing from start to finish! Her organization skills kept everything on track and her resources were so valuable as well. When work got busy for my husband and I we knew Ashley was working behind the scenes to keep everything moving forward. I looked forward to our monthly zoom meetings and we weren't rushing to get anything done at the last minute. The day of the wedding went so smoothly especially considering we had it in our backyard with a sit down dinner for 80 people. I cannot say enough amazing(honest) things about Ashley (Blue Lark Events). From start to finish she was hard working and professional. She took my wives vision and made it real and more beautiful then expected. She was communicative, assertive when she needed to be, realistic, helpful, knowledgable, hard working, present at all times, positive, encouraging and laughed at all my jokes. If Ashley is available, (I hope she is way too busy) you must use her as your wedding planner, coordinator, wife whisperer, vendor wrangler and event guru. My husband and I had the tremendous good fortune to have Ashley as our coordinator and florist for our wedding this May. What Ashley does goes so far beyond the scope of a typical day or month-of coordinator. We met with Ashley monthly for an entire year leading up to the wedding. She had so many smart ideas and insights throughout the process, kept us on track, and even drove an hour plus away to do a site tour with us. I am a little socially anxious and could imagine feeling awkward day-of around a coordinator I had only talked to a couple times. Instead, Ashley felt like a good friend who we knew we could trust completely. If you are a couple on a budget like we were, know that Ashley’s services are an incredible value for your money (raise your prices girl). After working with her for a few months, we decided to also hire her to do our florals. Having one fewer vendor to wrangle and having our florist present for the whole event was amazing. I initially worried that because she does both coordination and florals that she might not have the expertise of someone who is solely a florist. Not the case at all! Ashley is wildly talented with flowers. I had a very specific vision, and she blew me away. I made her a vision board and she executed it flawlessly. Ashley went above and beyond in all areas and was really there for us throughout an emotional and stressful process. On our wedding day my husband and I must have said some variation of “We love Ashley” or “Thank God for Ashley” a dozen times. If you are looking for a sign, let this be it. HIRE ASHLEY! And Ashley, if you’re reading this please know how special you are to us. We will truly never forget you.

I worked with her for a full year, talking, meeting and planning regularly, and enjoyed every conversation we had together. Ashley is super organized, has an answer for everything, is knowledgeable and super kind. I'm not from Oregon, but she went above and beyond to help out in ways that I couldn't, because I wasn't physically there. Ashley is an amazing wedding coordinator! We began working with her about a year before our wedding and the monthly Zoom meetings kept us on track. My fiance Curtis and I reached out to Ashley in fall of 2022 after getting engaged, I knew I wanted to throw the party of my dreams to celebrate our commitment, but I had been involved in enough weddings to know how stressful putting together such an event can be. By hiring Ashley, not only did the wedding end up being exactly what we hoped it would be, but my number one wish was granted - the ability to actually relax, enjoy, and be present on the day of the event. We hired Ashley for planning, day of coordination, and also for floral. We got married on 6/29/24 - which means that Ashley saw us through the planning process for 20 MONTHS! Her communication and organization never let us down in all of that time. She listened to our needs, offered tidy spreadsheets that helped us stay in budget, and asked the questions we wouldn't have known to ask ourselves. Every vendor we hired (photographer, DJ, officiant, etc...) ended up being a great match because we described what kind of energy we were looking for in each person, and Ashley lined us up with easy interviews from people in her network. She was hands-on, doing venue tours and an on-site rehearsal. On the day of, she did all of the job delegation, timeline oversight, and vendor management, so I got to just hang out with my friends before the ceremony and enjoy the experience of getting married. The floral package she offered was perfect and definitely tied together the whole aesthetic of the event in a wonderful way. Ashley with Blue Lark Events was everything we needed and more when it came to having a day of coordinator for our marriage in Oregon at the Heceta Head Bed and Breakfast! We planned everything sight unseen, never being in the actual state we were getting married in while planning, and never having met Ashley in person. She was very thoughtfully planful, provided all of the needed information to feel confident in preparation and paid attention to every fine detail the day of. She ensured everyone playing a major part in our big day felt prepared and ready in their role/timing and was such an asset. She kept so many things organized so I could just enjoy being a bride.
