My wife and I started planning our wedding relatively late this spring, but we did conduct a small search for our coordinator (we effectively served as the planners for our small wedding). We chose Lisa after speaking with three or four other coordinators. Lisa stood out for her organization, experience, thoughtful approach, and team-based thinking. Over the course of working with her for the next three months, she continuously exceeded our expectations through our wedding day. She carefully listened to our hopes and expectations for our wedding. She patiently led us through the planning process over multiple Zoom meetings with a detailed list of relevant questions. Lisa has a strong network of vendors from whom she always seemed to be able to recommend solutions. She is relentlessly positive and can-do, even under the pressures of the actual day itself. Hiring Lisa will be the best decision you can make for your wedding planning process! She made our day so effortless and flawless, even with how many moving parts and details there were. If there were any hitches, we had no idea and neither did our guests, we were able to totally enjoy our day. Lisa put in so much time and effort into everything. Even though we were just one of many couples lucky enough to work with her, it felt like we were her top priority. I was very picky about who we hired as a planner because of my own background in planning and I could not be happier that we picked her! She was so easy to work with and so responsive to our needs. Lisa is an insanely talented wedding planner. My family added on extra events on top of our wedding and all of them went off without a single snag. She was planning with so many members of our family: my in-laws, my parents, and myself (for the wedding day itself) and she was so on top of everything and smoothly making sure things chugged along. She even had some meetings with my officient! She was so easy to work with and so knowledgable. She was able to plan our gorgeous wedding, a day trip on Sunday for my extended family who flew in from out of town, a wedding brunch, and a welcome dinner for both my in-law's and my parent's guests. It was an insane weekend, but thanks to her everything went so unbelievably well. I cannot recommend Lisa enough! She took into account not just how professional and on-time the vendors would be, but price-points, and convenience for the elderly guests. I paid for the full package and it was worth every penny.

Lisa was very knowledgeable, professional, meticulous attention to details , responsive to emails and texts about any questions such as menu tasting , beverages , transportation and for organizing and contacting all vendors

You will not regret hiring Lisa in any capacity for your wedding! We just got married over Labor Day weekend in downtown Portland and Lisa was our day-of coordinator. We were so thankful to have gotten unlimited consultations with her for the 8 months leading up to our wedding because we were planning it from the east coast and having her be on the ground and in the know in Portland was so crucial! She really went above and beyond for us because aside from creating our timeline and running the show, she also recommended terrific local vendors, picked up and returned our linens order, and so much more!
