Cortney is the absolute most sweetest person you will meet. She went above and beyond with help my husband to create our dream wedding- which it was!! She helped create the most amazing wedding for us, and we wouldn’t have never been able to do any of this with her. From the start of our wedding planning process, Cortney was so quick to reply to emails, calls and messages and always ready to act on whatever ideas we had. She is so calm, patient, beautiful and the most amazing person to work with. We love you Cortney!

My husband and I met Cortney of Cortney Crane Events through Kualoa Ranch, our wedding venue in Oahu. We had an instant connection with Cortney during our initial meeting. She was understanding, patient and her can-do attitude meshed very well with ours. We walked away from that meeting feeling confident that we would be well taken care of. Our instincts proved right, we couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner!

Cortney made our destination wedding not only much easier to plan but also totally stress free. She fulfilled all we envisioned for our wedding day down to the smallest detail. Although we had a limited idea of how our wedding day should be, she not only helped us to fully develop our event but she was instrumental in realizing our vision.

As with many couples, we had a limited budget, but we were pleasently surprised at how flexible she was. She also gave us excellent vendor referrals, especially our amazing photographer and videographer. She handled every issue that arose  before, during and even after our wedding, from the biggest to the smallest concern. She not only advocated for whatever change was needed to our contract but also negotiated the terms of our contract with our vendors to get us better service and price. She was always easely reachable by phone, text and email to answer any questions or concerns we had at anytime.

On the day of our event, she arrived early to oversee the vendors and didn't leave until everyone had left the wedding reception. It's worth mentioning that when she arrived at the venue it was raining, heavily at times. She was completely unfazed, as she already had a backup plan in place. Despite the inclement weather, she made sure that everything was executed on time and the event ran smoothly. Simply put, she was fantastic. She was extremely attentive, thoroughly professional and incredibly competent. Having her allowed my new husband and me to relax and enjoy our big day.

I don’t even know where to start. I can give full credit to the best day of my life to this woman. She did a phenomenal job to make sure the day was perfect & I was completely stress free. I didn’t have a single worry the entire day because she took care of everything!! Please please please don’t think twice about hiring her !! Especially after finding out we were pregnant a few weeks before the wedding, she was definitely a life saver & made sure I didn’t have to worry about anything!! She’s amazing !!!!!

When we were planning our destination wedding I reached out to my photographer and asked who would be the best person to help coordinate our wedding and Cortney came highly recommended. Well she did not disappoint! We live on the east coast so you can imagine how stressed we were about planning a destination wedding and she was so accommodating and patient with us with setting up our phone call meetings and goiover all the details and planning. She was efficient at keeping me, my husband and my mother on the same page and there was never a single detail left out. We texted constantly updating each other with any changes on either end. She is an extremely hard worker and I had a ton of guests approach me and tell me how awesome my wedding coordinator was. I felt so lucky to have had someone like Cortney to help ease the stress of wedding planning. Plus I gained a great friend!

Cortney was an absolute blast to work with! We had done all of the planning throughout the year with our vendors, and really just needed someone who would be able to be there on the day of to be able to take care of everything so that we had a chance to really enjoy ourselves and not worry about all of the logistics. Cortney was incredible! We met a few times before our wedding so she got a chance to know us, and she really made sure to get all of the details down pat before the day of. She and her assistant were so calm on the wedding day, even when I locked my mother's diamonds in the room with no room key in sight. They set up everything perfectly, and the entire event was so flawless. Guests noticed how great she was, and gave us many compliments on her service. We would 100% recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great day-of coordinator (and she comes at a very reasonable price)!

Cortney was amazing at pulling together such a tropical, beautiful and relaxed wedding we all enjoyed so much at Kualoa ranch! It is thanks to her recommendation about this stunning location we decided to have the wedding there in the first place, and I am so glad we did! I enjoyed all the Skype chats we had leading up to the day (with me being in Australia) and how she would set aside so much time for organisation and clarification.

Cortney really is an expert in what she does, she makes it look easy - when it is not that easy I am sure! The table displays she put together were so bright and fun they really exceeded my expectations. She sure has an eye for staging and styling. Cortney is also very got at communicating with vendors and has a host of excellent people that she knows so when you hear about someone, a photographer or chef etc you know there are going to be outstanding. Cortney is very good and listening to budgets and finding the right price and will accommodate which is so helpful.

She is also a lot of fun and you can tell she just loves what she does!!! Miss you already Cortney!

Honestly, Cortney Crane Events is the best wedding coordination and design company on Oahu, HANDS DOWN! Not only is she good at what she does, but she is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. At first, I did not think I needed any kind of coordinator because a lot of the work had been done, or so I thought. The closer my destination wedding became the more thankful I was that I had Cortney. I found Cortney after researching reviews on Yelp and many wedding websites. I decided to have a consultation and knew immediately that she was going to be my coordinator. She was the best! She knew what I needed often before I needed it. Things went smoothly for me until I arrived on island and realized what I still had to do. I shouldn't have even worried. Cortney had ever little detail planned and executed before I even asked about it. Planning our wedding was so easy with her.
