  2) She has a good taste and therefore will make sure your ideas will end up looking amazing.
  3) She is friendly and accommodating and always willing to go with the flow (which is really helpful when planning a wedding especially during a pandemic).

  The most amazing person to work with

  Cortney is the absolute most sweetest person you will meet. She went above and beyond with help my husband to create our dream wedding- which it was!! She helped create the most amazing wedding for us, and we wouldn’t have never been able to do any of this with her. From the start of our wedding planning process, Cortney was so quick to reply to emails, calls and messages and always ready to act on whatever ideas we had. She is so calm, patient, beautiful and the most amazing person to work with. We love you Cortney!

  I don’t even know where to start. I can give full credit to the best day of my life to this woman. She did a phenomenal job to make sure the day was perfect & I was completely stress free. I didn’t have a single worry the entire day because she took care of everything!! Please please please don’t think twice about hiring her !! Especially after finding out we were pregnant a few weeks before the wedding, she was definitely a life saver & made sure I didn’t have to worry about anything!! She’s amazing !!!!!

  My husband and I met Cortney of Cortney Crane Events through Kualoa Ranch, our wedding venue in Oahu. We had an instant connection with Cortney during our initial meeting. She was understanding, patient and her can-do attitude meshed very well with ours. We walked away from that meeting feeling confident that we would be well taken care of. Our instincts proved right, we couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner!
  
  Cortney made our destination wedding not only much easier to plan but also totally stress free. She fulfilled all we envisioned for our wedding day down to the smallest detail. Although we had a limited idea of how our wedding day should be, she not only helped us to fully develop our event but she was instrumental in realizing our vision.
  
  As with many couples, we had a limited budget, but we were pleasently surprised at how flexible she was. She also gave us excellent vendor referrals, especially our amazing photographer and videographer. She handled every issue that arose  before, during and even after our wedding, from the biggest to the smallest concern. She not only advocated for whatever change was needed to our contract but also negotiated the terms of our contract with our vendors to get us better service and price. She was always easely reachable by phone, text and email to answer any questions or concerns we had at anytime.
  
  On the day of our event, she arrived early to oversee the vendors and didn't leave until everyone had left the wedding reception. It's worth mentioning that when she arrived at the venue it was raining, heavily at times. She was completely unfazed, as she already had a backup plan in place. Despite the inclement weather, she made sure that everything was executed on time and the event ran smoothly. Simply put, she was fantastic. She was extremely attentive, thoroughly professional and incredibly competent. Having her allowed my new husband and me to relax and enjoy our big day.

  When we were planning our destination wedding I reached out to my photographer and asked who would be the best person to help coordinate our wedding and Cortney came highly recommended. Well she did not disappoint! We live on the east coast so you can imagine how stressed we were about planning a destination wedding and she was so accommodating and patient with us with setting up our phone call meetings and goiover all the details and planning. She was efficient at keeping me, my husband and my mother on the same page and there was never a single detail left out. We texted constantly updating each other with any changes on either end. She is an extremely hard worker and I had a ton of guests approach me and tell me how awesome my wedding coordinator was. I felt so lucky to have had someone like Cortney to help ease the stress of wedding planning. Plus I gained a great friend!

  Cortney was amazing at pulling together such a tropical, beautiful and relaxed wedding we all enjoyed so much at Kualoa ranch! It is thanks to her recommendation about this stunning location we decided to have the wedding there in the first place, and I am so glad we did! I enjoyed all the Skype chats we had leading up to the day (with me being in Australia) and how she would set aside so much time for organisation and clarification.
  
  Cortney really is an expert in what she does, she makes it look easy - when it is not that easy I am sure! The table displays she put together were so bright and fun they really exceeded my expectations. She sure has an eye for staging and styling. Cortney is also very got at communicating with vendors and has a host of excellent people that she knows so when you hear about someone, a photographer or chef etc you know there are going to be outstanding. Cortney is very good and listening to budgets and finding the right price and will accommodate which is so helpful.

  I was referred to Cortney by another vendor after expressing my anguish at finding a wedding coordinator that was detailed, efficient and professional. Cortney and I met at a coffee shop for our first meeting and I was instantly amazed at how knowledgeable she was, her artistic eye and wonderful suggestions that eventually took what was merely an idea in my mind and shaped it into something beautiful. Above all, she was the kindest and sweetest person I had yet to come across in the industry. I booked her immediately and as I was less than a month away from my wedding date, she took the reigns from me, and began executing everything with impeccable professionalism! Talk about a stress reliever! I couldn't believe I had acquired such an amazing coordinator, and to this day I wish I had found her sooner!! No matter the time of day, she always responded and made sure she was present at all vendor appointments. On our wedding day, she was not only there as a coordinator, but as a friend and supporter. She made me feel like I was the most beautiful bride she had ever seen. And there are moments of vulnerability on your wedding day where you question everything - how you look, how the bridal party looks, how the ceremony and reception sites look, the demeanor of guests and staff...and she was right there by my side to dispel all and any fears I had about all of that. Cortney is an amazingly hard worker who strives to make each and every bride she assists the happiest bride in the world. Bringing her brides happiness, is what brings her happiness, and because of that - what she does isn't just a job to her. It's her life, she loves it, and it shows. She went above and beyond for me and my husband just to give us the most perfect day. My only regret, is that I hadn't found her sooner and lost out on having her there through the beginning and middle stages of the planning process. I can only imagine how much more she would have been able to do had we had more time together.

  Cortney and her team are amazing!!! We live in the Fiji and said "I Do" in Hawaii at Kualoa Ranch, Oahu. We had never been to Hawaii so relied on Cortney's advice and we are so happy we did.
  We had skype calls with her in the lead up and she even took the time to send us videos and picture of different locations. Her recommendations were spot on, it was like she could read our minds!! The location was stunning and all of her little touches were absolutely terrific.. Cortney went above and beyond to ensure it was the most perfect day!!!

  i cannot express how grateful I am to have found Cortney Crane Events! I wanted my wedding to be special, unique, and rare and she accomplished everything I wanted and more. Her experience and expertise was invaluable. She was honest, prompt, creative and literally the most amazing support system.   There are no words to express how truly thankful and grateful I am for Cortney, she is absolutely amazing!!! I met Cortney at a Wedding expo, I just recently got engaged and it was very overwhelming for me. I was frustrated with all the other vendors and how aggressive they were that I started to lose hope. That’s when I met Cortney, she was not pushy at all and gave me time to soak it all in before asking if I had any questions. She was very calm and sweet and gave me suggestions for venue locations. Not once did she say I needed to schedule an appointment. She simply gave me her flyer and said to call her if I had any questions and if I would like to meet for coffee. I had no thought in mind of a wedding planner and my intent of going to the expo was to find a wedding venue but the moment I met Cortney, I immediately knew I needed her. Cortney worked within our budget and went above and beyond. Any problems I had Cortney always had a solution for them and was more than happy to offer suggestions and advice. We would have been completely lost without her. She was always available through text or email to answer any questions or concerns and was always reassuring that everything will work out. Even when our florist and our officiant dropped out, Cortney was there to pick up the pieces and run. Cortney became our officiant and got me beautiful flowers. There is nothing she can't do. She also gave awesome recommendations of vendors and tips and tricks to keep cost down. Cortney was a life saver and we couldn't have been more happier to have found her!!! She wasn't only just my wedding planner, she became a friend that I never knew I needed

  I met Cortney at a wedding expo and knew I had found the perfect planner for my wedding. I had met a lot of planners that day but they all seemed uptight and rubbed me the wrong way. Something about Cortney just fit and I knew she had the right personality to help plan and coordinate my Little Mermaid themed wedding. Cortney was so patient and helpful with every change and the hundreds of questions. She was running around picking up Lei, Dresses, food, and who knows what else. The bridal party and groomsmen were on different floors of the hotel so she was going between the floors to check on everyone and doing set up in the room adjoining the bridal party room all while keeping a smile on her face. The wedding itself was amazing. We got married as tropical storm Darby rolled into Oahu. She managed to keep me calm, set up the venue perfectly even with the last minute changes due to the storm, and make sure everything ran flawlessly. Our wedding was on my 30th birthday. Cortney surprised me with Ariel and I think my face said it all. It was the sweetest surprise and something she did all on her own. It was such an amazing gift. I can't thank her enough for the fabulous job she did. If she can pull off a wedding during a tropical storm I am certain there is nothing she can't do.

  We had our wedding in Hawaii this past January and was planning from Mississippi. We hired Cortney for the day of coordination, but I feel like we got so much more! Cortney was beyond amazing. She was quick to respond to any questions and concerns and exceeded all our expectations with such grace and professionalism. She really knows how to make a bride feel at ease knowing that everything is well taken care of. So do yourselves a favor, have her be part of your big day and you will not regret it.

  Cortney is AMAZING!!! She was such a joy to work with and she really made the whole planning process so much more manageable and enjoyable, for both my husband and I! Cortney is extremely reliable, organized, professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and dedicated to her clients. She is also the biggest sweetheart and is such a caring, thoughtful, positive, and genuine person. Cortney has the perfect balance of being very easy going and laid back, yet also highly efficient, productive, and hard working. She always made herself available to us and was excellent in communicating in the months leading up to the wedding, and she never tired of my endless (and pesky) emails and texts. I had a pretty tight budget and Cortney was always very mindful of that, and found many clever ways to help cut costs without sacrificing too much. She was also very dedicated to carrying out my vision, and she listened carefully to my ideas while also offering lots of honest advice and creative suggestions that were right on point with my original vision. Cortney is also very well connected in the industry, and she put me in touch (and helped negotiate) with excellent vendors that I wouldn't have found on my own. She alleviated so much stress and she was always reassuring me that she would take care of everything-and she absolutely did! I left so much up to her because I knew that no matter what, she would make sure everything was perfect, and it really was! Cortney and her team did an incredible job on the day of the wedding. Cortney worked very hard behind the scenes from start to finish, and yet she remained so calm, collected, and gracious. Everything ran so smoothly and beautifully! My husband and I had zero stress that day and we were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding-all because of Cortney. She went completely above and beyond in her role in every way possible. She had the utmost respect for my opinion and really listened to what I wanted to create. Cortney's knowledge and hands on talent goes so deep and is so extensive. From flowers, music, decor, ceremony, food, you name it, she has information and resources and endless ability at her disposal. She can do it ALL...and she truly does. She makes things happen in a swift moment and moves right on to the next task at hand. Cortney had a solution for every obstacle, and presented them with the utmost grace and ease. She made the planning experience FUN and EXCITING, and helped us create the most beautiful memories to last a lifetime. One of my favorite memories of working with Cortney was the way she had the ability to always be a few steps (at least!) ahead.
