We at Ciao Bella Celebrations have created a one-of-a-kind array of services for your Sweet & Simple Wedding. Take the stress and expense out of your wedding by booking everything you need in one place. We offer the touches of a larger event with everything scaled to size for our special intimate setting, with a variety of looks and for a small fraction of what other couples spend on a larger affair. Our all-inclusive elopement and intimate wedding bundles offer:

Planning. We work with you directly once you book. Details for your wedding or elopement can be captured with an advance visit, e-mail, messaging and/or phone calls as needed.

Wedding Officiant. All our wedding packages include a licensed officiant who can conduct your ceremony and file your marriage license for certification from anywhere in Virginia. A Spanish-speaking interpreter is available.

Professional Photography. We offer award-winning photography with unlimited sharing and a USB of your finished images. Coverage includes your ceremony, formal photos with family and friends and a romantic couples’ session in beautiful historic Old Town Warrenton.

Deejay. We use a legal music streaming service and help with music selections for your ceremony and first dance as part of every wedding package.

Flowers and Props. We offer free use of our Sola Wood bouquets and boutonnieres along with other props and signs for your ceremony and photos.

Champagne Toast. Soft drinks and bottled water are free of charge and we offer beer, wine, champagne and a mimosa bar at reasonable rates.

Wedding Cake. We offer cakes that serve 15-25 from only $60 and our Hors D'oeuvres platters start at $18 per guest.

Wonderful Experience
We got married at 2941 Restaurant and they traveled to us for the ceremony. Dan’s officiant services went above and beyond. He even added in a small but important saying without us knowing. It was such a magical surprise! He’s very personable and was a pleasure to plan and work with.
Mona was our photographer and was on everything :) We felt like she used her expertise to create both artistic shots and family photos. From our sneak peak provided the day of, I’m very excited to see the final product.
Both were professional, kind, and flexible throughout the day. In addition, very reasonably priced for our area.

A friend's sister-in-law used Ciao Bella for her wedding a few years ago and she spoke very highly about them. From my first out reach to them, they were extremely responsive and supportive. I should add we went with the Sweet and Simple Wedding option (since we only had our parents and siblings attending) without the photography, although Mona was kind enough to take some beautiful photos of us throughout the day as well!
