Chelsea was absolutely incredible! She helped our day run so smoothly and was on top of every detail. Our timeline that she helped us develop was on point the entire day. Her assistant Daighna was so helpful! Definitely recommend having Chelsea on your wedding team.

Chelsea was a pleasure to work with through our entire wedding planning process and on the wedding day. We had a great time with her, both for our engagement photos and wedding photos, and love the photos she captured. She was always responsive to our emails during the planning process, and sent finalized photos to us in an extremely timely manner. Her beautiful style with true-to-life colors was exactly what we were looking for, and we’re so grateful for the lasting memories we have from our photos.

We started working with Chelsea back in 2019, when we were planning for our original April 2020 date. She loves to travel and was more than happy to fly out to Washington, DC (where we were living) for our engagement shoot. Chelsea spent the day scouting locations in historic Old Town Alexandria for us, and we had the best time shooting in cobblestone alleys, on the stoops of row houses, and in a gazebo by the docks. Chelsea made us feel at ease in front of the camera, and the photos were incredible, so we knew we were in great hands for our wedding.

Chelsea stuck by us through not one, not two, but three postponements. Each time, she was so gracious and professional and made the difficult decision to change our date so easy to implement. She was instrumental in helping us prepare for the big day, helping us build our timeline and providing tons of valuable advice from her many years of experience. On the day of, she and her assistant Daighna kept us on a tight schedule while also being mindful of our need for breaks as we sweltered in a non air conditioned greenhouse on an 80 degree day. Within a few days of the wedding, she provided over a hundred "sneak peeks", which are all gorgeous. I can't wait to see the rest!! I would highly recommend Chelsea to anyone - 10/10!!

Working with Chelsea has been an incredible experience. We started our wedding planning journey in 2019 and had a super fun engagement photo session with her. Covid of course threw a curveball in our 2020 wedding plans and throughout the process of rescheduling to July 2021, Chelsea was professional and understanding. In the months leading up to our wedding she offered several tips and created a schedule with us to be sure we got all of the photographs we wanted on our wedding day - keeping everything extremely organized. On the day of our wedding she knew exactly where in Ann Arbor to have our photos taken and made everything light-hearted and fun. Her assistant Daighna was incredible as well. Chelsea's photos are absolutely beautiful and organic. We cannot wait to see how she captured our day and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wedding photographer!

Chelsea is amazing! We had a super small wedding in my parent's backyard in Ann Arbor, MI in October 2020, but we were planning it from a few states away. Chelsea was super responsive leading up to the wedding and since we weren't in a traditional wedding venue, she even scouted out some potential locations for our First Look for us. She ended up finding one of our favorite walking trails along the Huron River on her way to the house the day of the wedding and it turned out to be a perfect location. We have amazing autumnal forest photos because of her!

Chelsea is super easy going and flexible, but she didn't hesitate to give us her suggestions and let us know what would get us the best photos, which I appreciated so much!

I just got my photos back from Chelsea, and my god they are stunning. I could not have asked for better photos or a better experience. Chelsea was reachable, professional, approachable, and she is so very talented. She made me feel at ease on the big day and was able to direct everyone perfectly. She was also available throughout the wedding planning process to answer any inane questions I had. I cannot recommend Chelsea enough, you can't go wrong with her!

Working with Chelsea has been wonderful. Our wedding just happened, so our photos aren't in yet, but Chelsea also did our engagement photos and we were so happy with them. We're both people who are a) awkward and b) nervous about being photographed. Chelsea put us at ease and took beautiful photographs. I remember being nervous about getting the engagement photos back because I was under the impression that I "don't photograph well." There was no need for concern, because Chelsea sent back the most gorgeous photos. I've never felt so good about myself in photos, ever. She understands how awkward it can be to pose for professional photos and we were so thankful for her guidance throughout the process. Chelsea has been so empathetic to our needs and we are very grateful. We still get positive feedback on our engagement photos to this day. Most recently, Chelsea and her assistant Daighna photographed our wedding in Ann Arbor. It was an exceptionally hot day and I was becoming a cranky bride by the end of it, but they were very accommodating and reassuring and it made the photos go by very smoothly. Some members of the wedding party commented that they were the easiest, least pushy photographers they have ever worked with, and we really appreciate that. Chelsea listened to what we wanted and we are sure the wedding photos will be just as gorgeous as the engagement shots. We really can't thank Chelsea enough! She is incredibly talented and professional, while still being warm and easy to work with. We highly recommend her!

We could not be happier with Chelsea (and the second shooter, Dana, for the day of the wedding!!), we had an awesome experience overall, and could not imagine our wedding without them!
We had a blast working with Chelsea; it was like working with a friend, and she made the experience fun and easy, from the first time we spoke with her over the phone through our wedding day, and was efficient and professional. Our families were impressed as well! Chelsea was also incredibly helpful throughout the wedding planning process, and provided a lot of helpful insight, vendor recommendations, and ideas.

Chelsea is amazing, and her photography speaks for itself. When we were researching wedding photographers, we were looking for someone who's images we liked, and someone who we could see spending our wedding day with- Chelsea was a perfect match. She's funny and kind, she jumped in to help when needed and blended into the background when it was approproate. She made us feel comfortable to be our best selves, and she firmly and politely wrangled our families and friends- many people stopped us to tell us how great Chelsea was. We received our images promptly when she expected to, and they're even better than we hoped. Chelsea was professional and responsive- she helped us make connections with other Detroit area vendors, and provided guidance as to timing and schedule. I'd give her ten stars, if I could.

I definitely recommend hiring Chelsea as your wedding photographer! First she took our engagement photos and made us feel really natural. We had a lot of fun with it, which shows in the photos. She’s professional, super courteous and definitely knows her stuff. During the planning process she helped me with the timeline of the day tremendously. She was really willing to recommend vendors to us and gave us a lot of practical advice. The day of our wedding I joked that she basically ran the day. She was with us from getting ready, well into the last hours of the reception. I would say the best decision we made for our entire wedding planning process was hiring Chelsea.
