Caitlin was an absolute dream to work with. From our first phone call to our engagement shoot to dealing with a covid-induced two-wedding situation, she was professional, flexible, and open-minded. Plus, she was a calming, stable presence in the tornado nightmare that is wedding planning. She was an absolute joy to work with, the photos are exactly what I hoped for, and I would hire her a million times over.

Caitlin’s photos speak for themselves (absolutely talented, detail oriented and hard working), but what we loved just as much was how amazing Caitlin is as a person! Caitlin was the sweetest, most thoughtful and calming vendor leading up to and on our wedding day. She was the vendor we were closest with throughout the entire day, so this was so important to us.

We met Caitlin in-person for the first during our engagement session. She travelled all the way from Lansing to South Haven because we wanted photos in the same spot we got engaged. I sent a photo of my dress to Caitlin beforehand so she could plan photo locations and outfit change time and immediately made us feel like we were in good hands. We took one dipping/kissing photo right off the bat and felt a little awkward but when Caitlin showed us the photo, we were completely blown away and trusted her with every fiber. We felt so comfortable during the session and had so much fun it honestly felt like a date we’d never forget.

On our wedding day, Caitlin was so professional, calm and complimentary. Her planning process is so detailed that we didn’t have to think twice about missing a person or an important detail in shots. Caitlin was by our side almost all day making sure we were felling good and reassuring us that everything was indeed perfect.

I appreciate Caitlin so much, respect her as a very professional photographer, but more importantly, see her as a friend for life that I can’t wait to cheer on!

I am so glad the photographer I originally called was already booked! We found out about Caitlin from a referral. I looked at some samples of her work and knew I wanted to book her for our wedding. Luckily she had the date available. The first time we talked, we spent an hour on the phone. Caitlin is very thorough and professional. It was clear that she would help keep us on track and stay organized throughout the day.
Caitlin has a variety of packages available to fit every budget, plus add-ons for customizing the photography experience. We ended up with a package that included 8 hours of photography on wedding day, 2 photographers, an engagement shoot, an album of wedding photos, and digital rights to all our final shots.
Two weeks before the wedding, we had to submit a timeline and lists of formal portraits and compositions we wanted. This ended up being a major help. We were super organized on wedding day and were able to take plenty of off-site pictures while still having time to take all our formal family pictures at the venue before the ceremony. I was so grateful that Caitlin requires this and that we took the time to do a detailed outline of the day. It enabled me to build break time into the schedule so I never felt rushed.
I can't wait to see our proofs! I know that if they're anything like our engagement shots we're going to love them all. I would highly recommend Caitlin for your wedding!

Caitlin was our wedding photographer last August, 2017. She was responsive to our needs and wanted what was best for our day. Her tips and advice on timeline planning were extremely helpful to make our wedding day run smooth. The best part about Caitlin is her talent in photography. She took photos that my husband, family and I will cherish forever. We received numerous compliments after the wedding photos were released about how timeless, elegant and beautiful the photos were. I did not have a videographer for the wedding but feel Caitlin's photos captured the emotions of the day that a video was not even needed! We can just simply flip through the photos and it brings us back to our wedding. :)

I had seen Caitlin’s photos come up quite a few times before we were booking our photographer and absolutely loved her photos. I knew from the organized and detailed questionnaire that she sent me before our first call she was the one! Caitlin was always flexible with us as we were planning from the West Coast. Our photos are gorgeous and just above and beyond what we imagined. We were so lucky to be able to have Caitlin as our photographer and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

We loved Caitlin!!! We had our engagement photos done with her also and they came out absolutely beautiful-- we knew we'd have a blast with her at our wedding. It rained on our day but Caitlin remained flexible and had a back up plan. Luckily, the rain stopped as our ceremony ended and we were able to go to multiple locations to take our formal shots. She sent us some teasers and we cannot wait to see the rest. She is truly a pleasure to work with!!!

Caitlin was amazing. Despite the pouring rain/hurricane on our wedding day, Caitlin and her assistant captured countless amazing shots. She arrived early due to the less-than-ideal weather, and also came back the next morning to get some shots in the sunshine. Both my husband and I felt comfortable and relaxed with Caitlin steering us through the pre-wedding photos and first look, and never felt like Caitlin was intruding on the special moments the day brought to get her shots. Her delivery of a sneak peek and the whole gallery were earlier than promised, and we were so happy with both of them. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer--wedding, portraits, baby, family, whatever!

Caitlin responded promptly and had many great suggestions. She knew the area where we were getting married and made posing for the pictures feel natural. The final results were excellent and almost better than I remembered. We have hundreds of fantastic photos to look at for years to come.
