Katie was courteous and professional. We had a long email correspondence to which she was very responsive. She also sat with us for a few hours to go over the details of our special day to make sure it went off without a hitch… And it did! Katie made sure that everything went according to plan for our wedding and there were no major hiccups. She made sure that everything was taken care of so we were able to focus on enjoying the day.

We met her at the 501 Union Wedding Crashers event and she was the ONLY coordinator to email and follow up with us after meeting. We spoke and there was no second choice. She started working with us about 7 weeks out from our wedding and made those last weeks of vendor management an absolute breeze. My husband, our families and all of our friends loved her from the very first second of meeting her. We also have had a friend who asked us after the wedding if we had a coordinator there because they didn't see anyone ordering people around. We said, "that's Katie!" She was there just getting it done and executing on our dream wedding, all while taking the best photos without having to bark out orders and get noticed for it.
