She is an amazing communicator and got to know us during our engagement shoot so that she could know exactly how to shoot us on our wedding. Day of, she was wonderful. She was polite but in command of our large group. She was so creative with her directions and every single vision came to life perfectly. When we got the sneak peak photos back, we were in tears. Susan was the first vendor we booked for our wedding, which was at the Surf Club on the Sound on December 10, 2022. We met Susan through my husband's brother, who booked her for his wedding. Susan is constantly available and she always managed to calm me down when it came to any issue that came up for the wedding-- whether it be wedding timeline, locations, decor, etc. On the wedding day itself, Susan and her team came on time and everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. Susan was my own advocate when she realized I did not want Christmas decor for my wedding portraits-- she worked with the wedding venue in a subtle way that did not stress me out to truly help my photo vision come to life at the last minute.
