Experience
Gary began his DJ career in the Lower East Side, East Village, and Brooklyn in 2001. A self-proclaimed “music-head,” he launched 74 Events in 2004. Proudly handpicking each DJ on the roster, Gary is committed to ensuring your event is nothing short of a success.

Jeremy did an amazing job balancing the music we love from our wedding worksheet with songs our older guests knew and enjoyed. Most importantly, he kept the dance floor packed all night! He was incredibly attentive, professional, and thoughtful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better DJ to help make our wedding so much fun.

From our very first meeting, it was clear how organized and communicative Gary was. He gave us great tips and advice on our music choices, and made the entire collaboration with Jeremy feel seamless. Jeremy was an awesome DJ, kept the MCing casual and minimal, and made sure our officiant was fully prepared for the ceremony.
We were very particular about the music experience throughout the entire event, from the guest arrival music all the way to the last song of the night, and Jeremy delivered exactly what we were hoping for, and then some. The dance floor was packed and bumping all night!
We highly recommend Gary and Jeremy to any couple looking for a DJ. They were both fantastic to work with and helped make our wedding exactly what we wanted it to be.

Gary and his army of accomplished DJs from 74 Events are by far the best people I've worked with to spin music for your wedding day! During the planning process, Gary will take excellent care of his couples, and always is prompt with his correspondence! Come wedding day, he selects the absolute best match for your DJ/emcee needs. I've had the pleasure of working with BOTH of his DJs named James - Mulry and Arnold - and felt 100% taken care of by each! Their knowledge of music - both mainstream and obscure (EDM set, anyone?) - runs deep, and they are so smooth with the emcee duties. No one is yelling at you to get on the dance floor here! Do yourself a favor and book them today!
