Cammie stayed calm cool and collected when getting questions thrown at her every which way. When I as the bride felt overwhelmed it was amazing to be able to say “ask Cammie! She knows where everything goes or she knows what needs to be done!” Such a relief to have an extension of myself on the day. Despite some of my other vendors not being as responsive she never let it feel like it was too much of an issue. Her month of package was amazing and really made me feel like at the end of all of my planning I could truly delegate a lot of the vendor communication and try and relax prior to the wedding lead up. 10/10 would recommend!

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator! From start to finish, Cammie was absolutely incredible. She handled every detail from organizing vendors and timelines to making sure everything ran smoothly on the big day so that we could truly relax and enjoy our wedding. She has really great ideas to offer as well, to give our wedding the exact homey touches it needed.
She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always one step ahead and calm under pressure. Especially when the week of the wedding, we had some issues with the venue and catering company and I was starting to get really worried! From our very first phone call with Cammie, we knew she was the one. We were planning a 400+ guest wedding in a remote venue that wasn't exactly the easiest to access and right away, she was transparent, thoughtful, and real about what it would take to pull it off. On top of that, she has an awesome sense of humor that immediately made us feel like this wild, overwhelming planning process might actually be fun - and with her, it truly was!

As the planning ramped up, so did Cammie’s steady, grounded presence. She kept things joyful and organized as the stakes got higher. There was a moment where my father was injured and we had to pivot some of our plans, and Cammie just instinctively knew what to do: how to adjust, how to support us, and how to gently reassure us that yes, the day would still be beautiful. And it was.

One of Cammie’s gifts (and she has so many!) is how she makes you feel like you’re her only client, even though we knew she was booked and busy making other dreams come true. :) Her communication, empathy, and intuition never wavered. The way she asked questions, listened, and guided us helped us define what we really wanted, sometimes before we even knew it ourselves! It’s such a clear reflection of her professionalism, experience, and love for what she does.

And then the wedding day itself- truly more beautiful than we could have imagined! She helped us create something we’ll treasure forever, bringing together loved ones we may never have in the same space again. She navigated the cultural traditions and the new ideas we brought in with curiosity, grace, and genuine care.

Behind the scenes, she was our magical Cammie, making it all come together while keeping us grounded and in the moment. Anyone who gets to work with her is incredibly lucky. She helped us bring a dream to life and we will be forever grateful!

We had our wedding in our own backyard with about 80 guests, and while it sounded dreamy, it was also really nerve-racking. So much of the decor and rental setup was on us to figure out, and the morning of the wedding I was honestly scared everything wouldn’t come together in time. But once I was in the chair getting my hair and makeup done, it was officially out of my hands—and completely in Cammie’s.
By the time I finally saw everything, I was floored. Cammie had pulled it all together perfectly. Every little detail was exactly how we imagined it (or better), and we didn’t have to lift a finger. She coordinated big groups of people with ease, kept everything on track, and even managed a shuttle system for our guests since we didn’t have space for parking on the property.
From the very beginning, she was calm, kind, and totally unshaken—even when we told her we wanted to do this whole thing in our yard. We half expected her to say it was too complicated, but she just smiled and said we could absolutely make it work. And she did. The whole day was stunning and went so smoothly—we kept saying afterward how lucky we were to have her.
Also—her rates?? Incredibly reasonable for how much she offers. We honestly couldn’t believe how much support, time, and care we got from her for what she charged. If you’re even considering hiring her—do it. She's amazing and made our wedding feel effortless.
