She’s the best!!
My husband and I got married in September, and Cammie was our wedding planner. She was so helpful along the way and answered every single question I had. The vendors really enjoyed working with her as well, and gave me nothing but positive feedback. She was absolutely incredible on the wedding day and took care of everything! Our day would not have been complete without her! We are so thankful for an amazing wedding day and all the planning and help that Cammie did! -

From our very first phone call with Cammie, we knew she was the one. We were planning a 400+ guest wedding in a remote venue that wasn't exactly the easiest to access and right away, she was transparent, thoughtful, and real about what it would take to pull it off. On top of that, she has an awesome sense of humor that immediately made us feel like this wild, overwhelming planning process might actually be fun - and with her, it truly was!
As the planning ramped up, so did Cammie’s steady, grounded presence. She kept things joyful and organized as the stakes got higher. There was a moment where my father was injured and we had to pivot some of our plans, and Cammie just instinctively knew what to do: how to adjust, how to support us, and how to gently reassure us that yes, the day would still be beautiful. And it was.
One of Cammie’s gifts (and she has so many!) is how she makes you feel like you’re her only client, even though we knew she was booked and busy making other dreams come true. :) Her communication, empathy, and intuition never wavered. The way she asked questions, listened, and guided us helped us define what we really wanted, sometimes before we even knew it ourselves! It’s such a clear reflection of her professionalism, experience, and love for what she does.
And then the wedding day itself- truly more beautiful than we could have imagined! She helped us create something we’ll treasure forever, bringing together loved ones we may never have in the same space again. She navigated the cultural traditions and the new ideas we brought in with curiosity, grace, and genuine care.
Behind the scenes, she was our magical Cammie, making it all come together while keeping us grounded and in the moment. Anyone who gets to work with her is incredibly lucky. She helped us bring a dream to life and we will be forever grateful!

We had our wedding in our own backyard with about 80 guests, and while it sounded dreamy, it was also really nerve-racking. So much of the decor and rental setup was on us to figure out, and the morning of the wedding I was honestly scared everything wouldn’t come together in time. But once I was in the chair getting my hair and makeup done, it was officially out of my hands—and completely in Cammie’s.
By the time I finally saw everything, I was floored. Cammie had pulled it all together perfectly. Every little detail was exactly how we imagined it (or better), and we didn’t have to lift a finger. She coordinated big groups of people with ease, kept everything on track, and even managed a shuttle system for our guests since we didn’t have space for parking on the property.
From the very beginning, she was calm, kind, and totally unshaken—even when we told her we wanted to do this whole thing in our yard. We half expected her to say it was too complicated, but she just smiled and said we could absolutely make it work. And she did. The whole day was stunning and went so smoothly—we kept saying afterward how lucky we were to have her.
Also—her rates?? Incredibly reasonable for how much she offers. We honestly couldn’t believe how much support, time, and care we got from her for what she charged. If you’re even considering hiring her—do it. She's amazing and made our wedding feel effortless. -

Cammie was a dream to work with! She was endlessly patient with our hundreds of questions, ran our detailed wedding day timeline perfectly (I never had to worry or wonder, and we had a lot of little challenges crop up last minute).
She consistently went above and beyond, smoothed out issues with our venue and vendors and helped us brainstorm ways to stay within our modest budget. She always felt like a friend and a team player and was super responsive at all points in the process.
In addition, she has a few different coordinator package options, so we were able to find the one that fit our budget and she was an incredible value as a result.
Truly the best decision we made was hiring Cammie, and we're endlessly grateful for her! -

I chose to work with Cammie after already having had great experiences with her when I was a bridesmaid in my sister's and cousin's weddings. As a bride, Cammie was my first and only choice! She is amazing to work with, timely and efficient and competent yet relaxed, fun and very easygoing to work with. My wedding was huge (180 people) and happened to fall on a 113 degree day in Sonoma, and Cammie worked tirelessly to facilitate everything so perfectly and make it a perfect day. She handles challenges and unexpected situations with total grace and professionalism and always makes you feel so celebrated as a couple. I can't recommend Cammie enough! -

Cambria Events made my perfect day come true!!!
I considered myself a "budget bride" and had no intentions of hiring a wedding coordinator because I figured I could do it myself. Having just been married 2 weeks ago, there is NO WAY I could have pulled off the best day of our lives without Cammie and Cambria Events. Throughout the last 6 months, Cammie has been incredibly organized, detail focused, responsive, flexible, down to earth and an absolute joy to work with. She established a timeline of the wedding day during our first meeting and made many decisions for me when I was feeling overwhelmed. On our big day, she worked behind the scenes and made sure all vendors were on the same page and did every single small detail imaginable (which there are A LOT). I can't say enough good things about Cammie and Cambria Events- our day was absolutely perfect thanks to her!!! Highly recommend if you are looking for a wedding coordinator, she's the absolute best!!! -

We worked with Cammie as a partial planner and over the months leading up to our wedding we got to know her pretty well. She is extremely organized and very experienced with Wine Country weddings. She checked in often and helped us stay updated and on track with planning tasks. We always felt like she was available and we were a priority.
We were a bit lost and she took on guiding us, giving us advice, wrangling our vendors, working with our venue to advocate for us, and helping make last minute changes. From our perspective, everything turned out perfectly. The sign of a well planned event is the couple doesn’t have to worry the entire day, and we were able to actually have fun and relax because we knew everything was safe in her hands.
She didn’t push us to spend more money and in fact she helped find small (and large) places where we could save money - which all added up to happier wallets.
Hiring Cammie was some of the best money we spent and I would recommend working with her to any bride or couple! -

Cammie was an absolute godsend as our wedding planner. She is the height of professionalism and she literally thinks of everything, even the stuff I didn't even know I was supposed to be considering and not only that but she has a contingency plan for everything too. She took our ideas and elevated them to make them "fancy" while still maintaining our silly approach. When the pandemic broke out and we had to postpone our wedding a full year she went above and beyond by keeping in touch with us and making sure we were hitting the benchmarks that we needed. The day of the wedding she took care of everything not once did my wife and I have to worry about a thing. Her professionalism really showed that day, even when thrown a couple of curveballs she was never rattled and was cool as a cucumber. We could not have had such a successful wedding without her and will be forever grateful. -

Planning a wedding is no joke, even under the best of circumstances. Unfortunately 2020 threw a wrench (or 10) in absolutely everyone's plans (including ours) but it was really important to us that we move forward with our commitment in whatever way we could. Cammie was a godsend. Not only is she is incredibly warm, but she's honest and efficient. Between the pandemic, wildfires, and family illness, there were many weeks we thought we may not be able to make it happen. Here we are two weeks post wedding, and both of us are still in complete awe and shock of how absolutely incredible the wedding was. We married on a private estate in Northern California with just our parents, siblings and two close friends. It was pure magic. Our vision had been a relaxed, backyard vibe, and it was that and so much more. Cammie brought everything to life. She ensured it was intimate, beautiful, relaxed, but also had a "shape," even if our wedding was just 13 people. Throughout the planning process, she was the voice of calm when inside I felt like maybe we wouldn't get a chance at a wedding experience and she made suggestions to help make reasonable, cost-efficient choices. The day of I was in shock at how lovely everything was: simple, elegant, effortless. Even more amazingly, we learned when we finally made it to the venue, that she had held on for us to get married before joining her husband at their new home in another state. We were floored and so incredibly touched, and everyone in our family absolutely loved her. Cammie is truly a gift. Choosing her is sort of like adopting a new family member. Don't even bother thinking twice. Hiring her is only the second best thing you can possibly do after saying, "yes."
Cammie, we can't thank you enough. You will always be woven into the memory of that experience, which we could not possibly forget. Best wishes and lots of love on your new adventure. -

Cammie and her team made our day at Sabor Mexicano so memorable. The event went flawless and we still have people tell us it was the best wedding they went to all year. Cammie made me so comfortable, I have never met someone so organized! Her wedding planning process allowed me to plan a wedding smoothly without too much stress in about a year, she was knowledgeable, had great contacts and was always 10 steps ahead of me and my husband. We would not have been able to plan the wedding of our dreams without her, we so thankful! -

We interviewed many people prior to deciding to work with Cammie, but after we got off the phone, my fiancé and I knew that she was the right one for us! We worked with her under her "partial planning" service.
At our first “planning” meeting, she really helped narrow down what were the things that were most important in planning the event. It seems like it should be obvious that we should prioritize those things in the budget, but it’s so easy to forget that!
We were planning a “private estate” wedding, while we live 2 time zones away, at a place that had never been set up for events before. Cammie cautioned us that it wouldn’t be easy, but then helped us find all of our vendors, made herself available to us whenever we came out to visit, and, ultimately, made the actual day of the event come out perfectly. We had not seen what the location would look like before we arrived for the reception, and were completely blown away. She had helped us reach our vision, and make our dream day a reality.
I am so so glad that we found Cammie, and would recommend her a million times over for anyone who is looking to plan their dream wedding. She gave us so much personalized attention, had attention to details beyond what we were noticing in the whole planning procedure, made sure that all of our vendors were in on any minuscule change, and became a friend in the process.

I am a pretty organized person, but going into wedding planning I knew I would feel better hiring a coordinator who could help me with some of the smaller details that I may overlook. However, I was a bit concerned about finding someone who was as meticulous as myself, but boy did I hit the jackpot with Cammie. Not only did Cammie come with me to my rentals appointment, complete a thorough walk-through which sparked numerous questions/concerns I never would have thought of on my own, and respond to my many wordy e-mails along the way, but she put me at ease when several of my vendors stopped responding and/or bailed on me. She took time to e-mail me them herself, follow up and get an answer for me. This saved me hours and I do mean hours of time. On the day of, she never stopped moving. My husband and myself talked about it the next morning. She was like the energizer bunny and ensured our special day went smoothly and it did. We are grateful to have worked with her and I would recommend her without a doubt. Thanks Cammie! -

Not only did she take my ideas to a whole new level with her unique creativity and expertise, she asked me questions that I didn’t even know I needed to ask in order to perfectly execute my vision. She recommended quality vendors and worked within my budget. She was efficient and to the point when she needed to be, but still made me feel like my time was special. In a time that can be very stressful, she took on the details and I got to keep the magic. By the time my reception was over and my groom and I were running off to our honeymoon, Cammie had become more than a wedding planner— she had become a great friend.

Cammie came as a recommendation from a mutual friend. She was everything we had hoped for in an event planner: experienced, knowledgeable, had connections with all the right vendors/venues, fantastic personality and way of communicating. She knew when to offer advice and understood when to take direction. Cammie is extremely personable and very "chill" in the best way possible (this was important to us as a couple).
Planning went smoothly, as she checked in with us when appropriate, reminded us of deadlines and due dates, and made us very comfortable in her abilities to get things done. On the day of our wedding she was exactly how great wedding planners should be: The only times I really noticed her was when she needed to direct us somewhere or if we had a question. She didn't "get in the way" in the least while somehow making everything run on time perfectly. We even had several guests comment to us the next day how great she was interacting with all of them.
Hire her. You'll be happy you did. -
