With its expansive 40 acres of natural beauty, from the rolling hills to the majestic California Live Oak and Redwood trees, it offers a truly breathtaking backdrop for any wedding. The option to have either an indoor or outdoor ceremony and reception is ideal for tailoring the event to different preferences or seasons.
Custom-designed lighting adds a special touch, creating a comfortable yet magical atmosphere for the big day. We offer flexibility in customizing the wedding style and provide essential items like tables and chairs, simplifying the planning process.
The estate's capacity for both intimate and grand celebrations for up to 250 people, along with its scenic photo opportunities, makes it a standout venue for couples looking to create a wedding day that is both beautiful and deeply personal.

First, the property itself:
- your choice of ceremony locations to meet your personal taste:
- Oak Tree Terrace ceremony - ancient oak trees with built in seating
- pond or barn ceremony - many backdrop choices
- garden ceremony - in our beautiful patio
- indoor ceremony - if your preference is indoors
- various cocktail and dining options
- dancing indoors or outdoors - or both
- you get to use ALL the spaces!
- many purposefully designed photo ops as well as acres of natural beauty to make your wedding photos memorable
We also include these items that you won't have to rent:
- dreamy bistro lighting outside in both the patio and over the lawn
- rectangular and round tables + 150 white cushioned resin chairs
- market umbrellas
- cocktail tables, wine barrels, bar stools and other furnishings
- custom Drake shelf
- lawn games
- multiple professional speaker systems ($500 use fee applies)
- parking attendant
- Selfi photo booth (upgrade available)
In addition:
- The Juliet prep room is included in all weddings - The Oasis and Hangout are optional
- "late hours" over 6-hours event time are available
- hard alcohol and spirits (mixed drinks) are allowed
- no corkage fees
- with a signed agreement, your payments would include an initial payment of $1500, then monthly payments, to be paid in full 2-months by before your wedding
