The team at the Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club (SRGCC) is absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, Annabel was warm, responsive, and eager to collaborate to ensure all of my clients’ needs were met. She answered every question thoroughly and kept me in the loop on date availability while my couple made their decision—something I really appreciated as a planner.

Both Annabel and Yvette made the planning experience seamless from start to finish. As a destination planner, I was so grateful for their flexibility in scheduling a venue tour before the rehearsal. The property itself is stunning—a guest even told me it was the best venue they’d been to in the Bay Area and Sonoma/Napa Valley!

The entire SRGCC staff went above and beyond the entire weekend. Our room flip finished early (which is rare!), and everyone was so kind, efficient, and genuinely invested in making the day run smoothly. Annabel and Yvette worked beautifully with my team and our outside caterers, and they were incredibly accommodating for our Indian–Danish wedding, including an early start time. Guests raved about the cocktails, the setting was gorgeous, and everything came together perfectly.

I can’t wait to plan more weddings at SRGCC and work with Annabel, Yvette, and the entire team again—they are truly a dream to collaborate with!

Our wedding at Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club was everything we had hoped for and more. From the very first meeting to the final moment of the night, everything was seamless, beautifully organized, and filled with genuine care. The team made us feel completely supported and went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. They allowed many opportunities to customize and create the unique wedding of our dreams. They were flexible and accommodating for all of our requests. We had a bicultural wedding with two ceremonies, and everything was executed flawlessly. Communication was always prompt and thorough. We were always in good hands!

Director Annabel and Coordinator Amanda deserve endless thanks. Their kindness, calm presence, and meticulous attention to detail made the entire experience unforgettable. They ensured every element reflected exactly what we wanted, and because of them, our day truly felt magical.

Our wedding so incredible. It’s hard to put in words how amazing our day was. The venue was perfect, the food was perfect and the people were amazing!

Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club was an amazing venue to work with and was the perfect location for our wedding. The staff were so helpful. Anabel was very responsive and flexible in helping us to create the event we envisioned, while working with us to create an event that could remain within our budget. On the day of, she and Thea were by our sides helping to ensure everything went smoothly and according to schedule. The venue itself was absolutely lovely - full of taste and class, without being too overstated. It truly was our dream wedding day.

We got married at the country club July 15, 2023 and it was everything we could have dreamed of and more! Annabel is absolutely AMAZING and executed the day flawlessly. She was great with communication about anything and everything we had questions about during the planning process, quickly responding to our emails every single time. Countless times we found ourselves saying “We trust Annabel so whatever she says goes!” The staff was amazing, the venue was amazing and the day as a whole was amazing. We are so happy that we chose to have our wedding here and wouldn’t have changed a thing!

We loved working with Santa Rosa Golf & Country Club!! Tess is amazing and was super helpful throughout the entire process! She met with me many times and answered numerous emails, even going out of her way to arrange it so there was Peruvian beer available for our guests (my husband is Peruvian—he was soooo excited!!). Tess worked with me to figure out the room layout, food selection, and schedule for the day, giving us a lot of flexibility with everything so that it matched our unique styles. I always felt very respected and like they cared about me as an individual (even though they were crazy busy with many other events). The ballroom is gorgeous!! And the covered patio outside allowed for a perfect reception in November when you never know what the weather will be! We got to do photos on the golf course which were beautiful! Tess made it so that the whole process from touring the place to our actual wedding day went smoothly! I’d highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married in Sonoma County!!

The location, inside and outside was beautiful, the service impeccable, Tess the wedding coordinator was very responsive and made sure we were taken care of and our guests raved about the food!

The facility was just perfect for our daughter and son in laws wedding reception. Beautiful first class facility with great views off the golf course....especially at sunset!

Finally.... the appetizers, meals and beverage service were excellent. We expected a excellent experience at the Santa Rosa Club and Tess and staff definetly delivered! We will definitely refer our family, friends and business associates.

Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club is the perfect venue for a wedding! Tess Allen (private events director and day-of coordinator) made sure every detail was perfect and stress-free for the Bride. She worked with all of our vendors to coordinate the schedule and made sure everyone was on time. If you are looking for suggestions for vendors (florist, photographer, officiant) she has GREAT contacts in the wedding industry! SRGCC has an excellent Chef who will prepare great food from cocktail hour to dinner to late night snacks. They offer a beautiful outdoor wedding site and indoor ballroom for your reception with multiple options for different floor plan set ups. If you are comparing venues, this will be the best value you will find! I am so glad we selected Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club as the location for our wedding and would highly recommend it for anyone that is currently in the planning process!

Tess Allen is the best Wedding Coordinator that we 've ever worked with. She's very professional and had made our venue beyond our expectation. She's very accommodating and flexible with our needs. Our guests were amazed how classy the venue was. They especially love the food that was prepared by their private Chef at SR Golf & Country Club. Some young couples said that it would be their dream wedding to have it there as well! Tess did an outstanding, phenomenal job! We really hope to be back there for future Wedding or Special Event Venues!
