Such a beautiful venue! Their staff was amazing and super flexible when we had to postpone due to Covid. Their team has great communication and made sure our vision came to life. The food is phenomenal as well!

Please consider using the Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country for your wedding! We found this hotel about a year ago and fell in love with the outdoor space and perfectly sized banquet room for our big day. We held the ceremony outside on the lawn in front of the gorgeous water wall, entertained our guests at cocktail hour on the outdoor patio, and moved everyone right inside for the reception. We also were able to take stunning wedding photos outside at several different beautiful spots. It was such a pleasant experience to have everything on site and not require our guests to travel from place to place. Our initial contact, Cristina, and the woman who took over for her when she was promoted, Katie, were exceptional to work with and the hotel should be proud of their representation of the company. They were communicative, helped us along throughout the entire process, answered ALL of our questions, helped us to feel comfortable about every aspect of the event, and followed through on the big day so that everything went according to plan. Additionally, the event staff (led by Sal) was exceptional, as well, and allowed our guests to have a great time. Their service was seamless, professional, and considerate of all our guests. We had a wedding of 70 which fit into their smaller banquet room perfectly, and they certainly have the capacity to fit much larger groups into bigger banquet rooms. The room was setup and decorated on time and beautifully. The tables, bar, DJ stand, cake table, were all setup to our guidelines. The ceremony space was set up with the appropriate number of chairs and it looked amazing. The one thing that you may be nervous about is that the ceremony space is near the freeway, but let us put you at ease. Our wedding was on a Saturday at 5pm and we never heard the freeway. The water wall is purposely running to create just the right amount of white noise to drown out any road traffic, but to be honest there wasn't any. Our guests were able to hear our vows clearly and any fears of car noises was quickly put to rest once we were in the space and realized that it wasn't a thing. We chose the family style dinner option for our guests and it was a total success. The hotel provided large platters of food to each table and the guests served themselves...and each other. We heard from many guests that this was a really fun change from the typical plated or buffet dinner and allowed for greater conversation and interaction. The food itself was definitely the best "wedding food" we have ever had. We served prosciutto wrapped chicken and filet mignon, with sides, and everything was delicious! The kitchen staff really outdid themselves! We were anticipating that the food would be good, but not great because it is difficult to cook for that many people at one time. The staff at the Hyatt excelled in this area! We still have guests coming up to us and telling us that the food was exceptional. All in all we are so extremely happy that we chose to work with the Hyatt and we cannot recommend it and it's staff highly enough. If you have any doubts just get in touch with Katie and she will set your mind at ease. She is a delight to work with and will answer any and all questions that you may have. We know that if you choose the Hyatt for your wedding you will be just as happy as we were!

This venue was the perfect choice for our | perfect wedding! The setting is beautiful, we chose to have the ceremony by the pond. The packaging is very reasonably priced and includes everything you can need or want. The coordinator, Vanessa is a joy to work with, and so we're all the vendors. DJ, Steve, is awesome! Our cake was decorated exactly like we wanted. We are so very thankful that Fairview Valley of the Moon made our dream come true.

My husband and I held our wedding reception there in April and it was amazing! From the moment we met Breanna, D'Argenzio became our top venue choice. I was on the East Coast while planning the wedding, and Breanna was so responsive and helpful and supportive. We catered the food from their restaurant, and it was *delicious*. We had thirty guests, and we all fit comfortably on the back patio area for dinner. It really was perfect -- thank you to Breanna and the whole team!

The team at the Santa Rosa Golf and Country Club (SRGCC) is absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, Annabel was warm, responsive, and eager to collaborate to ensure all of my clients’ needs were met. She answered every question thoroughly and kept me in the loop on date availability while my couple made their decision—something I really appreciated as a planner. Both Annabel and Yvette made the planning experience seamless from start to finish. As a destination planner, I was so grateful for their flexibility in scheduling a venue tour before the rehearsal. The property itself is stunning—a guest even told me it was the best venue they’d been to in the Bay Area and Sonoma/Napa Valley! The entire SRGCC staff went above and beyond the entire weekend. Our room flip finished early (which is rare!), and everyone was so kind, efficient, and genuinely invested in making the day run smoothly. Annabel and Yvette worked beautifully with my team and our outside caterers, and they were incredibly accommodating for our Indian–Danish wedding, including an early start time. Guests raved about the cocktails, the setting was gorgeous, and everything came together perfectly. I am not exaggerating, our rabbi actually called Annadel the Garden of Eden during our ceremony. I may be a bit biased, but I have never seen such a beautiful wedding venue. From the spectacular ruins, to the huge oaks, to the lush green lawn surrounded by green mountains, to the gorgeous roses Katie plants throughout the venue, I can’t imagine another place so magical (especially in June when everything’s in bloom). Flowers, butterflies, birds chirping - it has it all! A lot of venues in wine country have a lovely view of a road with cars passing by - not Annadel, it felt like we were completely in a world of our own. On top of that, their wine is excellent. Will your planning be easier at a venue with a kitchen and parking lot? Sure. But will it be a fairytale secret garden your guests will never forget? Only at Annadel.

I truly believe that my husband and I had the perfect wedding reception at Paradise Ridge Winery. We looked at so many venues and Paradise Ridge was literally the LAST one, as it is somewhat of a hidden gem. But you know what they say—save the best for last. Once we saw the upstairs/downstairs layout, new amenities, and GORGEOUS views, we were hooked. Paradise Ridge was worth every penny. Paradise Ridge’s staff (shoutout to Jasmine and Colleen!) were wonderfully communicative and easy to work with. One of my favorite parts of our wedding preparations was getting to go there with my then fiancé and family to do a wine tasting to decide which wines we wanted to serve at the wedding. For the actual wedding, all the space at the venue may be organized. First, we had a photoshoot at some of the beautiful sculptures on the property. Then, we set up our “hor d’oeuvres” hour on the balcony so guests could enjoy the wonderful view of the vineyards. We moved inside to the upstairs floor for dinner and then downstairs for dancing. There are comfy chairs seated outside the downstairs area where many of our guests enjoyed taking a break to sip wine and eat cake. Our pictures from our reception are something I will treasure forever. The “golden hour” photographs at Paradise Ridge are unparalleled and many of our guests said they too loved taking pictures because how often do you get to look this good?! In sum, I unequivocally recommend Paradise Ridge Winery for your venue.

I loved having somebody set up and take down the decorations. There was nothing for me to worry about. We had 150 guest at the wedding. The price included the wait staff, ballroom, corkage of the wine, and food.

Franchettis’ did an amazing job at our wedding. The food was not only tasty but was stunning. Everyone at our wedding said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. They are super accommodating if you have guests with food allergies. The staff was friendly and professional. They made it possible to enjoy my big day and not worry about a thing. Thank you again!

We are members of DeLoach winery and have always been treated well at the winery. When we were looking for spots to have our wedding, the Guest House at the rear of the DeLoach property was at the top of our list because of the beauty of the location and layout. At the early meetings we created a contingent that we could move our outdoor wedding and lunch inside if we kept to under 64 guests (there were 62!) This was fortunate since on out wedding day, the temperature outside was 100 degrees at noon! Later that day it reached 109! We did have our ceremony outside and Anne Seeley at DeLoach provided umbrellas and parasols for the guests. Cocktails and lunch were moved into the great room of the Guest House the event was beautiful and a huge success. Anne Seeley and her team were amazing, they were so flexible and accommodating. They went above and beyond expectations time and time again. We decided to move the wedding lunch inside 2 days before the wedding and Anne had all of the furniture moved and tables set exactly as promised. I cannot recommend DeLoach, Anne Seeley and her team more highly for a place to have an exception wedding! To use DeLoach as the wedding site, they required us to use their wine, which is delicious, and that was part of the expense listed.
