I got engaged in August of 2020 and Blair immediately jumped into action. As one of my dearest friends and a wedding planner she was super excited come up with a game plan for the next year which was fantastic because I had no idea where to start.

Blair is one of the most professional, level headed, organized, punctual, creative people I know. She was seriously the lifeline I needed while I was planning the wedding AND on the day of. I felt like every step of the way she had my back and knew exactly what my next steps should be whenever I got stuck. Anytime I got anxious about something, she reassured me she had it handled and once the day finally came, she definitely proved it; I didn't have to think or worry about anything. Blair is so easy to get along with, she makes what seems like it's going to be a super stressful task (planning a wedding) into something fun, which is what it should be! I also have to say Blair has some great relationships with tons of vendors, it makes so many of the other hard decisions that much easier (like picking a photographer, florist, etc).

I can rave about Blair and BW Studio + Events forever but I'll just leave with this last comment : Blair and her team are great, they know exactly how to handle any and all curveballs and they do it with a reassuring smile the whole time. It's pretty great.

BW Studios was amazing to work with. Blair made our partnership feel personal early on by connecting with us and seeking to truly understand our wedding vision. She was incredibly professional, organized, and thoughtful throughout the few months we worked with her, setting check-in meetings and providing helpful inspiration along the way.

In the weeks leading up to our wedding, Blair really stepped in and managed all of our wedding vendors skillfully, leading to a seamless wedding day!

The day of the wedding, BW Studios took over our wedding venue – they set everything up exactly as we had planned, answered questions from staff and guests, and even fluffed the bride’s dress as she turned the corner of the aisle with her father.

As the night rolled on, BW Studios was there to lead us to our places, our cake cutting, and everything in between as we were caught up in the excitement of our wedding. They were always making sure everything played out perfectly! And when the reception came to a close, Blair and team collected all of our most important items, as well as some memorabilia we hadn’t had much time with, and had them neatly packaged up for us.

Overall, we can’t recommend BW Studios enough; if you want someone beyond a mere wedding coordinator, you’ll find them a great partner to work with and take so much stress out of the planning and the big day itself. Cheers!

Hiring Blair was probably the best decision we made in the entire wedding planning process! We were planning our wedding across the country, so relied on Blair's recommendations and expertise many times along the way. She was responsive, eager to help, and excited right along with us!
