Shopping at Francine's was a wonderful experience! She was so kind and helpful while finding jewelry for myself and my bridal party. It felt like I was right at home. Francine offered a very personalized shopping experience and paid attention to my style and preferences. I highly recommend!

I ordered: 6 bridesmaid Totes , Bridesmaid Gifts, Bridesmaid Tote Bag, Personalized Wedding Bag, Bridal Party Gift, Monogrammed Totes My review: I ordered 6 of these for my wedding party. The ordering instructions were very clear, and easy to fill out the order. The bags are heavy duty, and beautiful. They absolutely loved these bags, and are all already carrying them everywhere with them. My only regret was not ordering an extra one for myself!

Amazing experience and customer service! The selection was unmatched. They have a really good seamless process there and we really enjoyed picking out my fiancé’s suit. If you go to the Howard Beach location ask for Lochan!

Maria was recommended by the bridal shop where I bought my gown. My gown was a sample sale dress and ultimately 4 sizes too big. I cannot express the beautiful work that Maria did on my dress. It was the focal point of our wedding day and, weeks later, I continue to get compliments on how stunning the dress was. By the time I left her, the dress fit like a glove and I had never felt more beautiful. She was patient, hardworking, appreciative and kind. Maria truly is an unbelievable seamstress.

Went to get mother of the bride dress. It is very hard being a plus size individual. You usually go into a store and cannot find your size and feel very self conscious when trying on dresses. At Queen of Hearts from the moment I walked in, i was made to feel comfortable and was helped tremendously in findings the perfect dress for my daughters wedding. The style and color was perfect as well as the alterations. There was a large selection. Would recommend this store to anyone needing that perfect outfit for a formal event. Wendy L.

The staff at Max Bridal made wedding dress shopping SO easy from start to finish. I live in Maryland, and commuted to NY for each of my fittings because I was so happy with my experiences there. As someone who is typically quite shy/reserved (especially when it comes to modeling clothes for other people), the staff were so kind and really put my mind at ease. They have a HUGE selection of dresses/brands (in fact so many of the EXACT dresses I had pinned to my Pinterest board were there!) Their selection is curated very well. Their service was amazing- and you can tell they really do care about their brides. They even squeezed us in last minute when I decided I wanted to add spaghetti straps to my dress two weeks before the wedding! Truly life savers.

I am a designer with over 30 years experience in fashion. i work privately with women seeking custom made evening wear. From the first meeting I knew Cassandra could follow my sketches and moreover advise me in terms of technical issues that get lost in the early planning stages of creating a beautiful garment. the result exceeded my expectations. Cassandra's input on fabrics, notions and fit are superior! Her rapport with my client could not have been more on target. Cassandra loves her work and her passion is reflected in her work. I am based in Manhattan and Cassandra is my go to for special event gowns. Her knowledge of her craft and tasteful keen eye are unique and matched only by her warm personality. EXPERT AT HER CRAFT!! I went to Rosie on a recommendation from a friend. She is the best tailor I’ve ever been to!! My daughter had a Jovani glitter gown with train that needed to be fitted and a ball gown borrowed from her sister that needed to be sized and repaired from the last “tailor” who didn’t have the knowledge to alter layered, bead encrusted tulle. That person was suggested by Estelle’s where we purchased the gown. Estelle’s should never recommend someone that is not experienced enough to alter what they sell. We discovered safety pins in the layers of tulle she had sliced in places that shouldn’t have been. That hack charged us a fortune to ruin the gown. We took it to Rosie & she made EVERYTHING RIGHT!! Rosie EXPERTLY CORRECTED ALL PROBLEMS, reduced the size from “6” to “0” without losing any of the beauty or shape of the gown & repaired beadwork with the original beads after replacing the zipper. You’d never know it wasn’t bought in that size :D Rosie is a TRUE EXPERT!!
