EXPERT AT HER CRAFT!! I went to Rosie on a recommendation from a friend. She is the best tailor I’ve ever been to!! My daughter had a Jovani glitter gown with train that needed to be fitted and a ball gown borrowed from her sister that needed to be sized and repaired from the last “tailor” who didn’t have the knowledge to alter layered, bead encrusted tulle.
That person was suggested by Estelle’s where we purchased the gown. Estelle’s should never recommend someone that is not experienced enough to alter what they sell. We discovered safety pins in the layers of tulle she had sliced in places that shouldn’t have been. That hack charged us a fortune to ruin the gown.
We took it to Rosie & she made EVERYTHING RIGHT!! Rosie EXPERTLY CORRECTED ALL PROBLEMS, reduced the size from “6” to “0” without losing any of the beauty or shape of the gown & repaired beadwork with the original beads after replacing the zipper. You’d never know it wasn’t bought in that size :D Rosie is a TRUE EXPERT!!

I wore my moms wedding dress from the 70s and needed it to be altered slightly. They did a great job replacing the zipper and altering other parts without damaging the dress. Super happy with their work and pricing!

I made many visits to Carolina at Rosie's Tailoring. I had bought my dress at a sample sale and needed a bit of work done. I added sleeves to the dress and they looked like they came with the dress. My sister also had her bridesmaid dress altered there. When she got home and noticed something else didn't look perfect, we went back to Carolina. She fixed it with no problem. I'm going to miss my visits to Carolina.
