My wife and I had our wedding here In Feb 2019, and it was all we could have ever asked for! Both Jenna Ingrassia-Knox and Julie Erickson, our contacts at Parq West, were SO helpful in making our day special! They were super communicative and accommodating during the planning process, and made sure that everything the day-of went off without a hitch! The venue itself is gorgeous, and can be configured a ton of different ways in order to plan your event. I would recommend Parq West as an event space to anyone!

Had a wonderful experience working with Sara, staff and chefs from Behind the Scenes. We did the food stations (picked 3) and the options were endless which made it difficult to choose. My husband and I are foodies so we ended up choosing cuisine types based on restaurants we frequently went to or had meaning to our relationship. We received a lot of compliments from our wedding guests on the food (and the donut wall!). Also, in a time where there are many different food intolerances and requests, Sara and BTS chefs were incredibly patient and kind in marking gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian for each item on the menu. They also offer a separate vegan meal for vegan guests. They also designed the stations and dessert table based on the wedding theme. The donut wall was super popular and the donuts itself were also very tasty. I blinked and the wall was almost empty. We researched various caterers and would also add that BTS is a relatively, great value. Quality food for a reasonable price per head.

Could not have been more pleased with how BTS planned our wedding. They were incredibly professional and made the whole experience as stress-free as possible. They were wonderfully creative when it came to food selections (and we are picky). Sara and Tiffany handled everything like veterans. It's evident that they knew what they were doing. We could not recommend them more highly. If you are looking for something above the standard chicken or steak catering, these are the people to go with. We wanted to do an around the world tasting of all our favorites so we had pork belly, civiche, tamales, tacos, truffle fries, poutine, etc....they were so accommodating and creative. If they can handle all our odd requests, they could handle any time of wedding you can throw their way.

To say we were happy with the service provided by the staff at BTS is a gross understatement. They were with us from the beginning & were a huge part of making our wedding day as amazing as it was. Kelly was the first person we met with & her ability to make us feel comfortable with making the big decisions was so appreciated. She was incredibly knowledgeable about everything that BTS has to offer & about our venue. She provided outside recommendations for anything that BTS didn’t supply & was paramount in helping to coordinate vendors in the early stages of our planning. We came in with some big ideas & 1,000 questions & Kelly was always there to help us. She was also a life saver at the wedding when she was the only one who could figure out my bustle; I can’t thank her enough for that!
The wait staff was impressive, professional, & friendly! They made sure we had everything we needed and were incredibly attentive to all of our guests. They were great at reading the needs of those around them & took the time to help other vendors when appropriate. We want to praise their punctuality & flexibility; everything was set up on time & the changes to the set-up between parts of the event were executed seamlessly. There was no issue with clean up & everyone was out of the venue on time. We think it’s a huge compliment to them that our other vendors have noted that they would like to work with BTS staff again.
Last, but not least, the food was AMAZING! People are still raving about it & we got married in October. From the start we were excited about the options that BTS offered. The tasting helped us narrow things down, build a menu, & gave us a good idea of portion sizes. We were so happy with our choices! Everything was served at a perfect temperature & timing of service to the tables was very well coordinated.
We were blown away by BTS & recommend them to cater any event you may have (they have a lot of talent up their sleeves & do more than just weddings).

Our wedding was picture Perfect! From our first point of contact (via phone) and all their follow up calls, emails, and scheduled appointments, Whitney and Kelly were truly heaven sent!
The setting was amazing and everything down to the last detail was precise! Our guests commented on how beautiful, flawless and detailed everything was! Everyone was truly impressed! We heard by everyone that it was the most beautiful wedding that they’ve ever attended!

Behind the Scenes is awesome. They do such a fabulous job with their presentation of food, and not only does it look good, it tastes amazing! Their staff is very friendly and they are really helpful in accomodating your budget.

They did an amazing job. The food was 5-star restaurant quality. The staff was amazing, friendly and fun. It rained right before the outdoor dinner reception and they made everything go smoothly. I highly recommend them!
