My wife and I had our wedding here In Feb 2019, and it was all we could have ever asked for! Both Jenna Ingrassia-Knox and Julie Erickson, our contacts at Parq West, were SO helpful in making our day special! They were super communicative and accommodating during the planning process, and made sure that everything the day-of went off without a hitch! The venue itself is gorgeous, and can be configured a ton of different ways in order to plan your event. I would recommend Parq West as an event space to anyone! -

Had a wonderful experience working with Sara, staff and chefs from Behind the Scenes. We did the food stations (picked 3) and the options were endless which made it difficult to choose. My husband and I are foodies so we ended up choosing cuisine types based on restaurants we frequently went to or had meaning to our relationship. We received a lot of compliments from our wedding guests on the food (and the donut wall!). Also, in a time where there are many different food intolerances and requests, Sara and BTS chefs were incredibly patient and kind in marking gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian for each item on the menu. They also offer a separate vegan meal for vegan guests. They also designed the stations and dessert table based on the wedding theme. The donut wall was super popular and the donuts itself were also very tasty. I blinked and the wall was almost empty. We researched various caterers and would also add that BTS is a relatively, great value. Quality food for a reasonable price per head. -
Andrew Sent on 05/25/2018Could not have been more pleased with how BTS planned our wedding. They were incredibly professional and made the whole experience as stress-free as possible. They were wonderfully creative when it came to food selections (and we are picky). Sara and Tiffany handled everything like veterans. It's evident that they knew what they were doing. We could not recommend them more highly. If you are looking for something above the standard chicken or steak catering, these are the people to go with. We wanted to do an around the world tasting of all our favorites so we had pork belly, civiche, tamales, tacos, truffle fries, poutine, etc....they were so accommodating and creative. If they can handle all our odd requests, they could handle any time of wedding you can throw their way.

Jill Sent on 09/08/2012Our wedding was picture Perfect! From our first point of contact (via phone) and all their follow up calls, emails, and scheduled appointments, Whitney and Kelly were truly heaven sent!
The setting was amazing and everything down to the last detail was precise! Our guests commented on how beautiful, flawless and detailed everything was! Everyone was truly impressed! We heard by everyone that it was the most beautiful wedding that they’ve ever attended!
Kelly and Whitney went above and beyond our expectations! They are so very friendly, sweet and instantly make you feel like you’re best friends upon meeting them! They both gave us their wholehearted attention and made planning easy, enjoyable, and left us with no worries!
Our wedding was beyond perfect and we’re so incredibly grateful, fortunate and lucky for these two ladies and Behind The Scenes Catering!

Felicia Sent on 07/12/2014We absolutely loved the food at the wedding. There were great appetizers and there was no food left from the buffet at the end of the night. Needless to say the guests enjoy the food greatly. Our specific caterer was very flexible and created a menu for the day specific to our wants and desires. Not to mention they have done food for the past several Olympics so they know what they are doing! The thing I would like to point out is their alcohol pricing. Many of my friends are going through the process right now and I can say with confidence they are the most reasonably priced company out there. It's only $2 extra per head for a full bar. Weddings are suppossed to be celebrations so we can say we gave our guest the best time ever at ours. The food and the full bar where keys to making it so!
