  A perfect place to get married!

  My wife and I had our wedding here In Feb 2019, and it was all we could have ever asked for! Both Jenna Ingrassia-Knox and Julie Erickson, our contacts at Parq West, were SO helpful in making our day special! They were super communicative and accommodating during the planning process, and made sure that everything the day-of went off without a hitch! The venue itself is gorgeous, and can be configured a ton of different ways in order to plan your event. I would recommend Parq West as an event space to anyone!

  Made the night truly special

  Amazing food and service.

  Had a wonderful experience working with Sara, staff and chefs from Behind the Scenes. We did the food stations (picked 3) and the options were endless which made it difficult to choose. My husband and I are foodies so we ended up choosing cuisine types based on restaurants we frequently went to or had meaning to our relationship. We received a lot of compliments from our wedding guests on the food (and the donut wall!). Also, in a time where there are many different food intolerances and requests, Sara and BTS chefs were incredibly patient and kind in marking gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian for each item on the menu. They also offer a separate vegan meal for vegan guests. They also designed the stations and dessert table based on the wedding theme. The donut wall was super popular and the donuts itself were also very tasty. I blinked and the wall was almost empty. We researched various caterers and would also add that BTS is a relatively, great value. Quality food for a reasonable price per head.

  To say we were happy with the service provided by the staff at BTS is a gross understatement. They were with us from the beginning & were a huge part of making our wedding day as amazing as it was. Kelly was the first person we met with & her ability to make us feel comfortable with making the big decisions was so appreciated. She was incredibly knowledgeable about everything that BTS has to offer & about our venue. She provided outside recommendations for anything that BTS didn’t supply & was paramount in helping to coordinate vendors in the early stages of our planning. We came in with some big ideas & 1,000 questions & Kelly was always there to help us. She was also a life saver at the wedding when she was the only one who could figure out my bustle; I can’t thank her enough for that!
  The wait staff was impressive, professional, & friendly! They made sure we had everything we needed and were incredibly attentive to all of our guests. They were great at reading the needs of those around them & took the time to help other vendors when appropriate. We want to praise their punctuality & flexibility; everything was set up on time & the changes to the set-up between parts of the event were executed seamlessly. There was no issue with clean up & everyone was out of the venue on time. We think it’s a huge compliment to them that our other vendors have noted that they would like to work with BTS staff again.
  Last, but not least, the food was AMAZING! People are still raving about it & we got married in October. From the start we were excited about the options that BTS offered. The tasting helped us narrow things down, build a menu, & gave us a good idea of portion sizes. We were so happy with our choices! Everything was served at a perfect temperature & timing of service to the tables was very well coordinated.
  We were blown away by BTS & recommend them to cater any event you may have (they have a lot of talent up their sleeves & do more than just weddings).

  Could not have been more pleased with how BTS planned our wedding. They were incredibly professional and made the whole experience as stress-free as possible. They were wonderfully creative when it came to food selections (and we are picky). Sara and Tiffany handled everything like veterans. It's evident that they knew what they were doing. We could not recommend them more highly. If you are looking for something above the standard chicken or steak catering, these are the people to go with. We wanted to do an around the world tasting of all our favorites so we had pork belly, civiche, tamales, tacos, truffle fries, poutine, etc....they were so accommodating and creative. If they can handle all our odd requests, they could handle any time of wedding you can throw their way.

  Behind the Scenes is awesome. They do such a fabulous job with their presentation of food, and not only does it look good, it tastes amazing! Their staff is very friendly and they are really helpful in accomodating your budget.

  They did an amazing job. The food was 5-star restaurant quality. The staff was amazing, friendly and fun. It rained right before the outdoor dinner reception and they made everything go smoothly. I highly recommend them!

  We absolutely loved the food at the wedding. There were great appetizers and there was no food left from the buffet at the end of the night. Needless to say the guests enjoy the food greatly. Our specific caterer was very flexible and created a menu for the day specific to our wants and desires. Not to mention they have done food for the past several Olympics so they know what they are doing! The thing I would like to point out is their alcohol pricing. Many of my friends are going through the process right now and I can say with confidence they are the most reasonably priced company out there. It's only $2 extra per head for a full bar. Weddings are suppossed to be celebrations so we can say we gave our guest the best time ever at ours. The food and the full bar where keys to making it so!

  I chose Behind the Scenes because, out of the list of approved caterers for my wedding venue, they seemed to have the best quality of food for a fairly reasonable price. In the end, I ended up paying more than I wanted, and I didn't like the way that my representative at BTS worked with the rentals company. I felt a little like I was being cheated. However, the food out our wedding was wonderful. Even my brother-in-law, a trained chef, said he had a good meal. BTS worked with me to come up with a perfect vegetarian entree. I am a vegetarian, and it was important to me not to have a gross, run-of-the-mill vegetarian entree. The chef at our tasting was really nice, and even was able to make something for me on-the-fly. Once my event planner was in contact with BTS, things went very smoothly.

  UP to the wedding date, everything was fantastic. On our wedding, we had serious issues with our guitarist and we were left to deal with the situation alone. The food was ok and the service, otherwise, was great.
