It was a wonderful experience. I had a vision and my coordinator Carolyn helped to make that vision reality. I wanted a destination wedding on the beach and a wedding day that I can enjoy with my guests. I didn't want a crazy blur of events and then realize my wedding was over. Don't get me wrong, planning a destination wedding will take more effort than you would expect. But Carolyn made it as painless as possible.

We conducted most of our correspondence through email but our initial meeting was over the phone. She is a very positive person and quick to respond to any inquiries I had. I had an idea of what I wanted and she helped to guide me through the process. I absolutely loved her recommendation for the cake (Paradise pastries I believe), photography, and make-up (face art beauty). I still get compliments on the make up job and photos. But that's a whole other review right there... Anything you are curious about, I'm sure she will look into it happily to see if it is possible. She also had some wonderful ideas once I gave her a starting point. We discussed everything from rubber duckies to repelling down the aisle.

I started planning around March for an Oct wedding and used the waimanalo beach cottage package. We wanted an off the beaten path kinda feel away from city life. It was exactly as we had imagined... Low key with lots of beach and not so much tourists.

The wedding went off well and my friend described it as a dream. The service all day was truly amazing and they went above my expectations. She does everything she can to make it a memorable experience and is professional throughout it all. My husband and I were blown away by how beautiful everything was.

I have already recommended this package to a friend who is considering a destination wedding.

Carolyn went over and above of what we expected as did her team. Everyone is friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable. The design team did a fantastic job, the flower arrangements were out of this world. The food was delicious and all my guest were very impressed and had a wonderful time. Photography, I was able to pick out a lot of favorites due to the fact he snapped shots throughout the ceremony. Cottage for three nights was great. Although I found it strange that the AC was in the bathroom. I used the cottage as a bridal sweet to get ready. Same day coordinator. Carolyn, She explained details of wedding ceremony very well. She also answered my emails promptly. Same day coordinator Linda didn't do a good job at all. As I was walking down the isle, all I could see was Linda in my isle throwing down flowers. No one should have been in my isle while the bride is walking down. I really don't care if it was windy, the flowers should've been down before my moment. I also found out she directing one of my guest to do her job which was to direct my guest where to go after they parked before the ceremony. She should have held up a sign, something directing the guest where to go. She also didn't know when to have the guest leave for the reception dinner although it was stated in the wedding itinerary. Videography guy was professional and easygoing. Although I was a little Disaappointed in the finished product. The sound was great and he did a great job recording the vows but the finished product almost looked like they slapped our vows in a premade Hawaiian movie. There were no special touches. Location was terrible. Surrounding my wedding ceremony was random cars, fishers, and people. I understand that we can't tell people they can't be there but someone should've been on the beach reserving a spot for the wedding in the morning. Set up and break down were late. The guest arrived before the chairs were up. They also broke down the chairs before my guest left which was very unprofessional.

Promises, promisses promisses. Need I say more. Most people will look over the BS because its a 'special day'.
