We are extremely grateful that we found Amelia to help plan our wedding! She was very organized - had a great planning binder that she shared with us, and did a great job of keeping track of both the big picture and all the details that came up along the way (she either has a fantastic memory or took really good notes during our meetings). She was very easy to reach throughout via email or text, and always on time (early in fact) to meetings.
Because we were on a budget, it took us a while to find a venue that we both liked and could afford. Amelia was super patient and just kept doing research and booking visits for us until we found one we loved. I appreciated how calm she was throughout - at times when I was stressing, she stayed calm and projected confidence that things were going to work out fine. Which they did!
I also have no idea how we would have managed the day of the wedding without her. She kept everything running smoothly despite all the glitches on our part (forgotten items and unfinished decor - probably more things but I didn't notice them because she made it work anyway!) We also had a great experience with all the vendors she recommended.
One thing I might do differently would be to figure out if she could do a custom planning package with just the services we needed, since we booked the full service planning but then decided to do some things ourselves, like invites and the website. I think she went above and beyond on all the things we did ask her to do, and her rate was definitely reasonable, but since her current rates (deservedly!) have gone up, this might be something to ask about.

I hired Amelia as the DOC for my wedding and am so happy I did. I think I had a pretty good hold on things and with Amelia's help everything came together with ease. She met me the day before to do a walk through and quick rehearsal to get a good view of the layout we'd created. Then on the big day she was there from setup to tear down! She handled my vendors with ease, kept my timeline moving (we actually ended up ahead of schedule!), and helped keep things well organized. She knew when extra help was needed and also when to let friends and family have a moment as well. I don't think the day would have gone as smoothly without her!

Amelia did a wonderful job planning our daughter's wedding. We were pressed for time, but she was able to handle everything in a prompt manner. Anytime we had questions or concerns, she got back to us quickly and set our minds at ease. The vendors she offered us were top notch. The caterers food was like dining in a fine restaurant. The food was actually served hot! The florist Amelia gave us, did above and beyond. We had issues with the weather and had an outdoor wedding planned. The florist split the alter site flowers up at the last minute, after waiting on a torrential rain storm, to half inside and half outside. She created two beautiful options for us. And at this same last minute, Amelia was moving decorations around because of the weather plan changes, as well as handling all the other wedding preparations. She did everything in such a calm and professional manner. Thanks to Amelia, we ended up with a beautiful outdoor wedding!

If you as the bride, groom or parents of the bride want to be able to just sit back and enjoy the day and not miss anything because you have to set everything up or track down vendors, or keep everything on time...then you should definitely hire Amelia. She is amazing and is not afraid of doing the hard work to keep your wedding on track while doing some heavy lifting as well. She helped in every aspect of the wedding and even changed a few things in the ballroom with our permission because they actually worked better. Her experience with weddings can keep you from making rookie mistakes! She has a bible ( binder with dividers) she provides to every bride and we followed those instructions to the "T" and even pulled together the wedding day "emergency kit" she suggested and boy are we glad we did. We used over half of those items including, tape, hammer, safety pins, scissors. Wow! We would have never thought of that. She kept the guys in order and no one was ever missing and she always knew where everything was. I will be forever thankful to her for helping make my baby girls day a beautiful and memorable one! I honestly don't know she is able to complete so many tasks in such a short time.

Pleasing the bride, groom and a over protective, intruding and controlling mother of the bride (me) is no easy task but Amelia pulled it off without breaking a sweat!

Amelia was fantastic from start to finish! She was very thorough during our two meetings, and on the day of, she was a busy bee! The best part was she basically handled everything, without bothering us (unless it was absolutely necessary)! Everything was beautiful and she and her assistant were WELL worth the money! Can't recommend her enough, I seriously can't imagine having done the day without them!!

Amelia was exceptional! Very organized & flexible with my ideas and offered suggestions. Even though we had a small intimate wedding, the logistics were still the same as a large wedding, so I'm glad she thought of everything & brought up things I forgot! It was also super helpful & convenient to be able to use some of her wedding rentals! The day got chaotic at one point but Amelia stayed on top of things from start to finish.

Amelia was fantastic! She was on time and helped us when we were lost. there are so many details that you don't think about when planning but she helped with all of them. She also provides some rentals that we were able to use including a send off sparkler package. Everyone loved our wedding and she was a huge part in making that happen.

Amelia was the BEST wedding coordinator! She was calm, efficient and so accomodating to all personality types she had to deal with, on both sides of our family. I highly recommend her to any and everyone. Thanks for making our day THE BEST DAY EVER, Amelia!!

We absolutely loved Amelia. Before the wedding she responded quickly to any questions I had about anything. Now the day of the wedding is when she was put into action. Everything ran so smooth thanks to her. She helped with any last minute things wet had. She was so patient with us as well. I definitely recommend her for your big day!

Amelia was absolutely wonderful. I do not know what we would have done without her. Her and her assistant did a fabulous job on my wedding day. She was available whenever I needed her via text/email/phone prior to the big event and she made sure my wedding went off without a hitch! We could not have been more pleased with her services. We were married in Wimberley, TX and we had about 175 guests that attended. So to take on that task I am sure was not easy. SOOOO HAPPY!! Thanks Amelia & staff.
