Mark Whitehead has been catering weddings in the Gorge for over the last 12 years. We are very fortunate to have Hood River Valley’s abundance of fresh seasonal bounty of foods and some of the most incredible properties with spectacular views. Our ingredients are sourced from local farmers and incorporated into our dishes. We pride ourselves on our excellent foods, friendly staff, dependable delivery and professional service we bring to each of our guests.

Very Delighted with Our Experience
Ahi's Ohana catered at our wedding. We were very pleased with how delicious and nicely executed the food and service was. All my guests were raving about how fresh and well prepared the dinner was. Working with Mark and his team was incredible easy as well. He is very professional, responsive and doesn't try to up-sell things. He's really flexible and genuinely wants the catering to be what you want! I would highly recommend Mark and his team for your event!
