First let me start by saying I am a bit of a control freak so I was very nervous about entrusting all of the wedding planning to someone I had never met all while I'm thousands of miles away in Louisiana. I researched a lot of companies prior to deciding to go with Sherry and her team. And I have to say one of the main reasons I decided to go with A Treasured Moment is because Sherry was one of the few people that actually responded and took time to answer all of my questions. I just felt a level of comfort with her after speaking to her. On my day all I wanted to do was show up and that's exactly what I did. Everything was all planned out, my flowers were beautiful! My pictures were amazing - the photographer, Marie, is just as amazing! Another thing that worked out perfectly was our officiant, Mark Turansky. I expressed to Mark prior to the wedding that I wanted to incorporate my religious values into the ceremony and he did such a wonderful job of incorporating my values with the Hawaiian tradition. I can honestly say I had a stress free day and everything turned out wonderfully.

Anyone who is looking to book a wedding and put their complete trust in a person they have never met before knows the nervousness of picking the right company for your once in a lifetime event. Fast forward 8 months later, I need to say that this was the best experience that any bride could ever hope for. It was very easy to express what my was vision for my special day and this company definitely delivered. I did not worry about anything. I heard stories of other brides who were too busy to even remember their day. I enjoyed my wedding day and truly cherish every minute of ceremony with my wonderful husband. It was a very heartfelt ceremony that did not feel rushed or impersonal. The photographer was outstanding! I could not ask for more incredible pictures. The flowers were fresh, beautiful. Our video has been played over and over again. I find myself telling anyone who is even considering a destination wedding about this company.

Sherry and her team were AMAZING!!! She was able to pull off the wedding of my dreams all the way in Hawaii while I was in Atlanta. She knows the best people and will give you whatever you want for your special day. I would recommend her to anyone and use her again in a heartbeat!

Sherry was so helpful and able to schedule my date on such short notice!!!! Everything was so affordable, cheaper than anywhere else I found. And, the cake was absolutely delicious. I could not believe I found such an affordable, high-quality planning service with such flexibility on as short of notice as i gave her. Sherry is a fraud. She did not pay minister or photographer. Hired them same day off Craigs list. We booked event 3 month in advance!

Highly dissatisfied. I felt as if there was extreme lack of communication

Took our deposit and never returned our calls/emails. We cancelled with her months in advance. She refused to return our deposit. We had a much better experience with a different planner.

Disreputable company - doesn't pay it's vendors for services as agreed upon, conducts business from the mainland and is hard to deal with.
