I'm originally from San Antonio, Tx. But moved to New Braunfels 2 years ago, after college. Which is only 20 minutes outside of San Antonio. So my wedding was in down town San Antonio.

ok so you wont have to travel far... Like I moved to Sacramento for CSU Sacramento (university) and it was TWO YEARS AGO TOO!!

lol Yeah, I moved about 45 minutes away for college. Then was a student teacher so I moved to my school, which was only 15 minutes away. And we just bought a house here, so we're staying! But we fell in love with out venue in SA. Plus, most of our fam is there.

Not to the school...to the same city. :o)

Kulpmont, Pa and ceremony is in Shamokin, 10 mins away and reception is back in Kulpmont then, the hall is 1 min from my home, lol.

I live in Westlake, OH (cleveland area). The ceremony and reception is in Windsor, OH, which is about 90 minutes away. The venue was what I wanted and beleive it is worth driving that distance.

lol ok.... atfirst I was mixing "thePotters" and the picture of "Shell" I was like: too many numbers and you're all over the map (joke).... Ok so its great most of you did it close by.

Originally am from San Antonio, TX but have lived in the Houston area for about 9 years now. I wanted my wedding to be different/unique and so we decided on a vineyard which is close to Galveston Texas (Texas coastline). Excited about it being different (both the ceremony and reception will be at this location).

MEG--> Yeah I know what you mean. Im having guests travel about 30 minutes. But made the ceremony and reception in the same place. to not have gaps in between. AndI'm willing to drive 4 hours

I'm originally from Chicago, but I have lived in Philadelphia for 14 years, the wedding and reception is about 45 minutes from where I live in Roxborough at the Regal Ballroom.

I live in Aurora, CO (CO native) and we're have the Crem. & Recept. in Boulder, CO about an hour away from our house. I wanted an out door mountain wedding so the drive is worth it.

Mrs. Dan....Shell and I get our own pictures mixed up sometimes. Too funny

Im from Australia but me and FH will be living in San Diego CA. The wedding will be in Kansas City, Kansas since its closer for all his family and mine all have to travel regardless.

I am originally from Atlanta. I am having my wedding in Greenville, SC. My FH's family hates Atlanta so I compromised and had the wedding in his hometown.

I'm from Starkville, MS (where Mississippi State University is located/dead center in the state) and the wedding will either be held here in Starkville, MS or close by in Columbus or Tupelo, MS.

I live in Katy TX and the wedding will be held on my families ranch in Trinchera, CO. Its been my dream as a kid to get married on the family property..

I live in Chicago wedding will be in chicago.

I'm in the Dallas area... Moved out here about 2 years ago from San Fransisco Bay Area.. our wedding will be in Lake Tahoe..
