what does each color mean for a wedding?
i know white means pure/ virgin, and i heard champain means widow, but what about the other colors?

Black depicts formal, modern, sexy, and sophisticated; Blue calls for calmness, tranquility, truthfulness, nobleness, and faithfulness; Brown makes you feel comfortable, warm, and cozy; Green represents wealth, money, nature, environment, fertility, growth, re-birth, victory, healing, abundant, and renewable; Orange stands for energy, sun, warmth and comfortable; Pink symbolizes the femininity, admiration, love, pretty, spring, gentleness, harmony, fidelity, and sensuality; Purple shows nobility, royalty, luxury, authority, creativity, inspiration, and spirituality; Red symbolizes love, passion, sex, and power; Yellow is a happy, joyful, cheerful, and hopeful color

I Just did a Lime green and purple Organic wedding, Lime is the color of Nature and is considered Spring like and a rebirth or renewal, freshness, Lilac and Purple are the color of royalty, Trust,confidence and romance, Lilac is sentimental and sweet.

Have to say that Ivory is not considered the color of widows in current western cutrure, although white in the Asian culture is used for Mourning! Red is the celebration color.
