Pete Goslow was outstanding and played a huge role in making our wedding such a great experience. From the beginning, it was clear how much pride he takes in his work. Our planning call with him was incredibly thorough. He walked through the entire timeline with us, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure he understood even the small details about how we wanted the night to flow. After that conversation we felt completely confident everything would run smoothly. One of the things that sets Pete apart is that he offers both DJ services and live acoustic guitar. We had him play guitar during our ceremony and cocktail hour at Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club in Mission Viejo, and it added such an elegant touch to the evening. His playing created a beautiful atmosphere and made those parts of the day feel really special. As the DJ for the reception, Pete was fantastic. He kept the night moving on schedule and worked seamlessly with the venue and the other vendors. Most importantly, he understood the exact vibe we wanted for the music. The dance floor was packed all night and our guests had an amazing time. Everything went exactly according to plan and there were no mistakes or surprises. We were 100 percent satisfied with his work and could not have asked for a better DJ and musician. We highly recommend Pete to anyone looking for someone who is professional, talented, and truly dedicated to making your wedding day perfect.

Speaking to Larry we could see that he took our appointment very seriously and was more than happy to accommodate us when we opted to change our request from a 10-passenger limo to a larger stretch Escalade the night prior to the ceremony. The driver was on time and very friendly.

With Grace Productions you will find top quality service. Helen is very creative with her work and understands your vision from the start. She is very attentive to requests and will be their from beginning to end. The day of services are outstanding you can enjoy your wedding to the fullest because she handles all the behind the scene work. Helen truly cares for her clients needs and will do whatever it takes to make your dream wedding come true. She made my ENTIRE engagement and wedding process the best experience of my life.

Sea Lily is one of Malibu's premiere florists, but you wouldn't know it. They decorate celebrity homes, and A list events, and I am lucky enough that they will be creating the floral dreamscape at my wedding. Seriously awesome work. You can tell the quality of their arrangements just by walking into the shop. Caytlyn knew exactly what I wanted and gave me great tips on how to save money by choosing flowers that we in season but still looked like the specific ones I wanted. Endless possibilities!

She was such a blast to work with from the very beginning. I first met her when she was the photographer at a friend’s wedding, and I immediately loved her personality. She has such a warm, easy presence that makes you feel completely comfortable, almost like a friend is there taking your photos rather than it feeling awkward or performative. She made the whole wedding day feel seamless, like we were just laughing and enjoying the moment with a buddy by our side. :) At the same time, she is incredibly skilled and artistic. She has a real eye for natural beauty and for capturing genuine, meaningful moments in a way that feels true to the day rather than overly staged or overdone. She was also efficient and thoughtful about making sure we got the moments that mattered most to us. Looking through the photos feels like being transported right back into our wedding day. I’m so happy I had the chance to work with her!!

Callista was an absolute lifesaver. As busy professionals with kids, we needed to lean on our planner heavily and we needed someone we could trust implicitly to minimize decision fatigue. As a super “Type A” person with a creative vision who is used to being the one in charge, I knew it would take a special person to earn my trust. Callista was all that and more. We actually hired her before we had settled on a venue, which was a fantastic decision, as her guidance was extremely helpful on our venue selection journey. As our wedding evolved from a small destination wedding to a larger event locally in Texas, Callista was right there every step of the way. She took my Pinterest board and my overall vision and made it better. She has an excellent eye for design and details, which is what originally drew me to her. She always had an answer for any question, from shopping tips, to etiquette dilemmas, to budget expectations, etc. She came prepared with her rolodex of vendors, checklists, and schedules, and I never had to wonder if we were on track. She checked in and prompted me for decisions as needed, so I could focus on my kids and my job while she kept things moving forward in the background. Day of, she kept me centered with her calm presence, and kept everything on track so we could enjoy the special day. We are thrilled with the wedding photos captured by Cecily and her assistant Conrad! They put everyone at ease so we could enjoy the entire day. Cecily is a seasoned professional who knows how to prepare the shot list in advance so you don't have to worry that you might miss a special photo that you want on the big day. She captured all the joy and special moments during the time of preparation, the ceremony, and the reception. We are so grateful for her beautiful work!
