Callista was an absolute lifesaver. As busy professionals with kids, we needed to lean on our planner heavily and we needed someone we could trust implicitly to minimize decision fatigue. As a super “Type A” person with a creative vision who is used to being the one in charge, I knew it would take a special person to earn my trust. Callista was all that and more. We actually hired her before we had settled on a venue, which was a fantastic decision, as her guidance was extremely helpful on our venue selection journey.

As our wedding evolved from a small destination wedding to a larger event locally in Texas, Callista was right there every step of the way. She took my Pinterest board and my overall vision and made it better. She has an excellent eye for design and details, which is what originally drew me to her. She always had an answer for any question, from shopping tips, to etiquette dilemmas, to budget expectations, etc. She came prepared with her rolodex of vendors, checklists, and schedules, and I never had to wonder if we were on track. She checked in and prompted me for decisions as needed, so I could focus on my kids and my job while she kept things moving forward in the background. Day of, she kept me centered with her calm presence, and kept everything on track so we could enjoy the special day. Callista was an absolute dream to work with! She made our entire planning process so easy, and was so supportive and calming throughout the entire thing. Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness was felt every step of the way, and her ability to navigate different opinions and personalities throughout the process was truly remarkable. Callista was always ten steps ahead, thinking through every scenario and ensuring everything was perfect for the day of the wedding. Our wedding was the most incredible day ever and would not have been possible without Callista and her incredible team! I wish we could do the whole thing again!!

Callista will expertly plan your wedding and bring it to life with grace, precision, and (most importantly) a much-needed sense of calm. We were first drawn to Callista for her gorgeous portfolio and her clearly impeccable taste and design sensibility. We ultimately hired her because we admired her thoughtfulness, candor, and professionalism when we spoke. And wow, did we need all these traits once COVID hit and turned the world upside down. Callista patiently advised us as we all rode the roller coaster of the early days of the pandemic together, supported us when we decided to put the big wedding on hold, and then stuck with us as we cycled through a million new plans for a small ceremony so we could wed this year. We ultimately settled on a small ceremony and outdoor dinner with just our immediate family...and Callista delivered the wedding of our dreams, going above and beyond to create an event even more beautiful than our original large wedding. We were very nervous about COVID, and Callista helped us to creatively devise a super safe, distanced event that still felt warm, intimate, and beautiful. Although it was in actuality our 100000th backup plan, at the event, one of our family members said, "This would be anyone's dream wedding—COVID or no COVID," and that's exactly how we felt. It was more beautiful and special than we ever could have dreamed of, and none of it would have been possible without Callista and her team. Last minute changes, difficult vendors, ever-evolving local regulations...Callista can handle it all, unperturbed. Planning a wedding today is a crazier experience than ever, and you want Callista in your corner handling it all!

After speaking to Callista and receiving an extremely detailed planning book of everything she does, I realized quickly how much I underestimated the planning process.

From start to finish she was 10 steps ahead. I had so much fun working with her and watching her execute so naturally. She’s truly mastered her craft.

Having event planning background, I honestly considered planning our wedding by myself. My husband though, was worried that I would be too stressful so he suggested to hire a wedding planner. Now we look back, that was the best decision we made in our planning.
We knew about Callista & Co from a friend who did wedding planning for a while. The first meeting with Callista went really well, where she explained how wedding planning looks like and gave us a high level overview for the budgets. We were pretty certain that she would be our wedding planner after the first meeting :)
The planning process was very smooth. We first secured the venue about 10 months prior to the wedding, then photographer and floral design, and then all the detailed design (e.g., invitation). Sometimes I had this panic of "are we behind schedule?" and Callista always calmed me down. It happened that my husband Bryan and I were slammed by work one month before the wedding, but Callista took care almost everything for us. We're not exaggerating when we said our wedding wouldn't have been possible without Callista and her team!

Callista was an incredible planner and resource. We worked together for close to a year and she was very responsive, thoughtful and professional throughout the process. She’s a polished expert who will give you an incredible timeline and has a handle on all the details - no matter how small.

I was planning my wedding from San Francisco while our venue was in Los Angeles, but with her help everything went smoothly. She polished my design and decor ideas, keeping true to the elements I loved while elevating my vision and staying in budget. She was incredible at navigating sticky or emotionally charged situations when they arose and always acted with grace when speaking on our behalf.

Her guidance on vendors was spot on and helped me save time and frustration.

We found Callista as a recommendation from a friend of a friend and she was the best addition to our wedding planning process. Both my husband and I work very time demanding jobs so Callista made all the decisions from vendors down to the last detail very easy. We relied heavily on her eye for design and could not have been more pleased with the end result!

I could never have anticipated how much help Callista was. I’m extremely self sufficient and I would have been a mess without Callista. We got married in NYC and had to bring in every element (tables, chairs, linens, etc), so it was a big job. She was calm, incredibly organized, had great design skills (she literally designed our invitations) and an incredible eye for decor. She was honest with me when I needed advice but never pushy! She was suppportive of every decision I made and made our day smooth and calm. She allotted time for so many little things that I never would have predicted we needed time for. She coordinated with each vendor so I didn’t have to deal with scheduling or anything. She made I think 22 versions of our timeline in order to get it perfect. And it was PERFECT! On the day of she was so awesome to have around. She was cool and calm and never made me feel frazzled or rushed. She was able to adjust as well as the day went on. We had to push the schedule and she did it flawlessly. She was also available to me whenever I needed her via email or phone. She was prompt with calling me back and was always trying to make the process easy and fun!! It also didn’t hurt that she’s super sweet and kind. I can not recommend her enough. She will make your planning painless and you wedding day smooth and fun!! All you have to do is get married and have fun!
