I would highly recommend Christy Kelman from Your Perfect Day. From the moment my husband and I met her for our initial consultation, we were extremely impressed. Christy is punctual, highly organized, super energetic, experienced and professional. We hired Christy for her same day coordination services, which start the day you sign the contract! Christy's response time to emails, texts and voicemails is under 1 hour. My husband and I greatly appreciated that! Christy coordinated our rehearsal the day before the wedding, she managed the vendors the day of during setting up, she coordinated our ceremony and our reception and helped break the reception down at the end. Christy works well under high pressure and is able to resolve last minute situations quickly. We had a few pop up and if it wasn't for Christy, my husband and/or I would of had to deal with them. Because of Christy, my husband and I were absolutely calm and stress-free on our wedding day. I would look no further for a wedding coordinator, call Christy!

We had the pleasure of working with Christy and Your Perfect Day for my daughter's wedding on 3/31/13 at Desert Botanical Garden.. I was not sure I needed a planner but decided three months prior that I needed someone to make sure our day was indeed special and stress free. And, more importantly, I wanted someone to handle EVERYTHING on wedding day so we could sit back and enjoy this very special, once in a lifetime day. Christy and her assistant were there from 4 hours prior to the very end ... making sure everything went smoothly and as planned, all vendors were in place, tables set properly and decor placed. And then they loaded everything into our cars at the end of the evening. Our only responsibility on that day was to enjoy ourselves. Your Perfect Day gets 5 stars all the way and was so worth every penny we spent. Would highly recommend!

I just wanted to share how great Christy Kelman was to work with. My mom and I worked with her a little less then a year. She was amazing! We are nitrous for our procastation, and she was able to keep us on track. We would have been lost in the process of wedding planning without her, not to mention the day of the wedding. My husband and I were married last weekend on October 20, 2012. We hired Christy about a year ago to help us in planning this event. There were about 120 guests at the wedding and it was in our backyard, which can be a bit trickier than having it at another venue. All year long, Christy assisted with helping to find caterers, florists, etc., as well as, answering any questions about the planning process. She also has impeccable taste. The day was beautiful. Most often, I followed her advice because she simply is an expert in this area. One guest mentioned that he had attended many weddings in his life, but this was the best wedding he had ever attended. Many people commented on how delicious the food was. I am so glad she was beside me and helped so much in the process. A wedding is an expensive event. It was, most definitely worth the fee to Christy to ensure that it went off without a hitch. It was truly perfect. She took care of everything so I could enjoy myself. My mom commented that Christy even took the time to help her in and out of my home during the event. She was obviously very busy, but took the time to help my mom when she needed the help. I would highly recommend Christy to plan and help with any event. She is very competent in event planning.

Your Perfect Day offered an AMAZING service to my (now) husband and I! We were so impressed with Christy Kelman's knowledge, attitude and assitance we said over and over again, we could not have had our wedding without her! She and her assistant set up our decor perfectly and beyond that she provided us with ideas for vendors, decor, and ceremony procedures. When I look back at my day all I can think is how incredibly helpful our wedding planner was! Christy from Your Perfect Day Wedding and Events was absolutely wonderful to work with. Being from Canada, it wouldn't have been possible to have our dream wedding in Scottsdale, AZ if it wasn't for Christy. Being long distance, Christy always made herself available to chat over the phone or over email. She kept us on track of what needed to be done and provided wonderful suggestions for florists, DJ's and other vendors. We couldn't have been more satisfied with the vendors Christy had suggested to us-they were fabulous!

Christy was amazing. From the beginning, I immediately appreciated her responsiveness, likeability, and positive attitude. I was not the average bride. I had a fairly clear vision of what I wanted and I saw no point in spending money on anything besides what I thought we needed. Christy offered to help and was available at all times, but she never attempted to persuade me or try to force me into doing anything.

While Christy is affordable (she doesn't have an entourage, she has a single assistant), she is worth so much more!

The day of, she was amazing. She kept us on schedule, battled the rain, and got everyone and everything exactly where they needed to be when they needed to be there. To top it off, she did it all with a smile.

Christy was exceptional at our event and all of the planning that led up to our event. We threw a very last minute corporate holiday event for about 350 employees and their spouses and Christy was able to coordinate all of our vendors and day of activities with ease.
