Alondra & her team are amazing! I booked them for day of coordination, but Alondra helped with so many things leading up to the day of. From vendor recommendations to joining a call on my timeline with my photographer, she was so knowledgeable and helpful. Alondra always made me feel like I could text at any time with questions or concerns and made me feel so confident that everything would turn out as I envisioned. When we got to our wedding weekend, Alondra ran our rehearsal like a pro - so quick & easy. The day of was no different, she brought 3 assistants that knocked it out of the park. My decor, layout, and everything in between was PERFECT. It was better than I ever could have imagined. The team was so responsive and always checking in on my husband and I to make sure we were doing ok. They tore down our decor after the wedding and helped pack everything away so we could go keep enjoying our evening. Even the next day, they were responsive on sharing photos and videos that they took so I could see everything again. We are so grateful for their help, and our day would not have been as perfect as it was without Desert Daisy Events!!

Alondra and her team did an amazing job with the day-of coordination for my wedding in February 2024. There were countless moments of "How on earth could I have pulled this off without Alondra?" She adapted our timeline as we got off schedule, and when anything went wrong she projected calm and addressed it quickly. The team took so much stress off of me and my fiance. The rentals she provided were also amazing and they set up the space beautifully.

I would 100% recommend getting a coordinator, and it should be Alondra! Desert Daisy Events provided the greatest value of all the coordinators I got quotes from. She was in contact with us starting 2 months ahead and made sure that we had all the details in place. She provided spreadsheets and timeline documents that we could collaborate on to keep everyone on the same page. She didn't have many reviews when I booked her for my wedding, but from our first meeting, it was clear that I made the right choice. She is incredibly professional and has all the skills and organization to succeed. From seeing her work you would think she's been doing this for 30 years! If I get married again I'll hire her in a heartbeat :)

Alondra Hupe was fabulous!!! I would highly recommend her for any event. I needed someone for the day of the event for my daughter's wedding and she went over and above my expectations.
