I really liked that Twin City Cleaners met with me and inspected the gown before accepting it for cleaning and preserving. Their staff repaired the beadwork and covered it with muslin to protect it during cleaning. I was able to inspect the gown after it was cleaned and before it was packaged for storing. They were great to work with and I would highly recommend them.
