Witneigh went above and beyond to make sure my bridal appointment at Elizabella's was unforgettable! She pulled out wonderful dresses, gave me one on one attention, and made me feel drop dead GORGEOUS. I cannot recommend them more. I said YES to the dress at Elizabella's and I couldn't be happier.

I had a two hours bridal gown consultation session with Witneigh and the experience was awesome! I was the only customer in the store for two hours and everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Witneigh who I can't possibly thank enough. I tried 7 dresses in total. Witneigh helped me put them on, and for those sample dresses which size are too big for me, she clipped the dresses carefully so that I have a very clear image of how it would look like on me if the dresses were the right size. She also selected different veils and hair pins for me to try on with the dresses, helped me with my hair, so that I have a better idea of the finishing look.
I was so excited that I said YES to one of those 7 dresses, and Witneigh did me the favor of putting it in as a rushed order. I also had some problems with the payment but Witneigh helped me resolved the problem very patiently and efficiently. I can't wait for the dress to arrive and shop for more accessories at the store! Thank you all for the amazing and unforgettable experience, and I would recommend everyone to go to the store and try out some of their collections!

I loved shopping at Elizabella's! They were personable and definitely knew what they were talking about. The shop is full of beautiful dresses and they have top notch customer service. They fitted the dresses to me perfectly so I could see what they'd look like and they accommodated my guests on zoom. They are very kind people and I would highly recommend shopping there!

I came to Elizabella’s back in 2016 as a newly engaged bride. They weren’t in the beautiful space they are in now, but I still found my dress there. I came in wanting a short white wedding dress with pockets that I thought I was going to have to have the owner custom make. I ended up leaving with my dream dress. I saw my black floral print prom dress hanging sideways on a rack and immediately knew it was the one. I tried on a few “real wedding dresses” but I just knew that this one was the one. I bought it the next day and had it hemmed much later. I referred my cousin in law to Elizabella’s months later, where she also found her dream dress. The owner was so nice that she hemmed my wedding dress free of charge because of my referral. They have also featured me on their Instagram due to the uniqueness of my dress, which I greatly appreciated. The staff is knowledgeable and the owner is such a dear soul. Nothing but greatness from this amazing shop.

I cannot recommend Elizabella’s enough! She was very knowledgable about the dresses and knew exactly what dresses to pull based on my style and body shape! It was appointment based so we had the whole bridal salon to ourselves. This made it feel very personable and intimate!

Elizabella’s Bridal Boutqie was such a fun and great experience! You can bring friends/family and try on dresses privately, so no random people are watching you try on dresses, which IMO can be awkward. They never once pressured me into anything and had only dresses in my price range out to try on. I liked this because it kept things in budget and didn’t pressure me into going over budget!! I definitely recommend Elizabella’s!!

I had a great experience at Elizabella’s!! Witneigh was a wonderful consultant. She was very kind, helpful, and was clearly focused on helping me achieve my vision. I never felt pressured to go outside of my budget and she was extremely patient. I got my dress for a phenomenal price because of their Black Friday Sale and I couldn’t be happier. There is a great variety of dress options at Elizabella’s and I would recommend it to anyone in the area!
