I absolutely adore this boutique. Service was wonderful, and the atmosphere is inviting and friendly. Vast selection of styles, and custom men’s suits are above and beyond the average boutique. Highly recommend. -

Elizabella’s helped make my dress shopping experience everything and more than I could’ve dreamed of. The store is beautiful and Witneigh is so sweet and knew exactly what to pull that would look great on me. I left with the first dress I tried on and it’s perfect!!! Highly recommend. -

I had a two hours bridal gown consultation session with Witneigh and the experience was awesome! I was the only customer in the store for two hours and everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially Witneigh who I can't possibly thank enough. I tried 7 dresses in total. Witneigh helped me put them on, and for those sample dresses which size are too big for me, she clipped the dresses carefully so that I have a very clear image of how it would look like on me if the dresses were the right size. She also selected different veils and hair pins for me to try on with the dresses, helped me with my hair, so that I have a better idea of the finishing look.
I was so excited that I said YES to one of those 7 dresses, and Witneigh did me the favor of putting it in as a rushed order. I also had some problems with the payment but Witneigh helped me resolved the problem very patiently and efficiently. I can't wait for the dress to arrive and shop for more accessories at the store! Thank you all for the amazing and unforgettable experience, and I would recommend everyone to go to the store and try out some of their collections! -

Everything I could of wanted!!
I loved shopping at Elizabella's! They were personable and definitely knew what they were talking about. The shop is full of beautiful dresses and they have top notch customer service. They fitted the dresses to me perfectly so I could see what they'd look like and they accommodated my guests on zoom. They are very kind people and I would highly recommend shopping there! -

Bridal Boutique of your dreams!
Elizabella’s Bridal Boutqie was such a fun and great experience! You can bring friends/family and try on dresses privately, so no random people are watching you try on dresses, which IMO can be awkward. They never once pressured me into anything and had only dresses in my price range out to try on. I liked this because it kept things in budget and didn’t pressure me into going over budget!! I definitely recommend Elizabella’s!! -

Witneigh is so knowledgeable and professional. She treated me like I was family. The quality of the dresses and large selection made it so easy to find the perfect fit for me. I cannot recommend Elizabella’s enough! -

Elizabeth is very accommodating and takes her time to make sure you find YOUR DREAM DRESS (still swooning over mine), not just sell you something because its the right price for her. Even when I called to check on the status of my dress, her assistant told me the estimated date of arrival and also to "feel free to call back and check on your dress anytime as we know this is very important to you!" Great customer service and absolutely beautiful dresses. She also does alterations in-house which is nice too! I plan that this will be a marriage to last so I won't be needing another dress. =P But if I did, I would definitely return to Elizabella's Bridal! -

Black Wedding Dress Bride
I came to Elizabella’s back in 2016 as a newly engaged bride. They weren’t in the beautiful space they are in now, but I still found my dress there. I came in wanting a short white wedding dress with pockets that I thought I was going to have to have the owner custom make. I ended up leaving with my dream dress. I saw my black floral print prom dress hanging sideways on a rack and immediately knew it was the one. I tried on a few “real wedding dresses” but I just knew that this one was the one. I bought it the next day and had it hemmed much later. I referred my cousin in law to Elizabella’s months later, where she also found her dream dress. The owner was so nice that she hemmed my wedding dress free of charge because of my referral. They have also featured me on their Instagram due to the uniqueness of my dress, which I greatly appreciated. The staff is knowledgeable and the owner is such a dear soul. Nothing but greatness from this amazing shop. -

Hannah Sent on 07/14/2018Got my dress and veil from here, but I am not getting my alterations done here after the stress I dealt with. My dress arrived with a makeup stain and frayed lace, the straps I ordered with the dress look like ones the owner whipped up real quick because they don't even match the white color of my dress. the owner didn't know I ordered it with straps and then later claimed she "found them". the owner said my veil had come in but looked yellow next to my dress and would order another 1 in white, I never got to see the 1st one, but when the 2nd 1 came in, it does not look like the 1 I originally bought, I think she ordered a cheaper 1 and hoped I wouldn't notice, since it had been months since I purchased it. it's still pretty and I like it but I do not want to deal with the hassle anymore, so I'm keeping the veil. pretty dresses and veils, but I do not trust the staff to handle my dress or veil anymore, not with what I've already been through with them. If you do use them, use with caution
