I was just there on Saturday with my mom and 2 of my bridesmaids and we honestly has the BEST time! Everyone was so nice, and they really listened to my likes. I had called about a dress almost a month in advance and they had it waiting and ready for me. The other dresses they pulled for me were all absolutely gorgeous and Hanna, one of the girls who helped me with my consultation really took the time to make me feel special in every dress I tried on. She was amazing! From the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, I couldn't have had a better experience and I ended up finding THE dress. I can't wait to go back for fittings and maybe even find some matching accessories. I can't say thank you enough for all of your help and kindness!! :)

While I did not buy my dress at Lillian Lottie, I did have my wedding dress altered there. Elena Deida did an outstanding job. She made my dress stunning. She was kind and easy to work with. She gave helpful input on things I would not have thought of with altering my dress. She is very creative with bustling and I loved my bustle. I had so many compliments on my dress. I would highly recommend Elena. She was also reasonably priced.

I purchased my veil and wedding jewelry here, and I loved them both. They had a huge selection of veil colors and styles, including every variation on "ivory" you could ever imagine. We found the perfect color for my light gold and ivory dress and they helped me order it in the right length and shape and even added a blusher too. It arrived exactly in the time frame they quoted. They have so many choices for jewelry, hair pins, and other accessories, and it's just plain fun to shop there! I was mostly impressed by their customer service. I went in on a very busy Saturday without an appointment just to look around at accessories. They were gracious and helpful even considering how busy they were, and we ended up finding exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely recommend!

I got my dress from Lillian Lottie and their service is amazing! The girls are so friendly and the dresses are beautiful! The best part is they serve mimosas! It is a very relaxing environment and I never felt pressured to buy from them. I would recommend them for sure!

I loved my bridal shop. From the first contact to set up an appointment to the final fitting everyone at Lillian Lottie was so nice and welcoming. My first (and only) time searching for a dress was at Lillian Lottie, when I gave the attendant my budget she never once pulled a dress over it. The atmosphere was great and very inviting for my guests to enjoy the experience. The only thing that was a little mix-up and could have been I didn't communicate my wishes clearly but when my veil came in the clip was sewn in backwards and I didn't notice this until the day of the wedding. It was an easy fix just requiring a few extra pins to hold it in place but make sure you check everything before you leave the store and no matter how overwhelmed you are try to communicate your wants clearly.
