Ray and his team provided exceptional value and performance for our public event (2011 Seattle Pride Parade). As one of the larger public events in the City, we have an exceptionally high need for on-time performance, flexibility, and execution. Ray met with us before the event, and gave us very good recommendations on how to improve the sound footprint without impacting spectator visibility and access. His team executed a brilliant sound environment that was significantly improved over previous years, on time, seamlessly, and with minimal involvement from our event producers. Simply said - he knew our event, learned our needs, knew what to do, and made it happen.

His knowledge of system design and placement were key for us - without his technical expertise, we would have been limited to 400' of linear broadcast coverage. Thanks to Ray, we were able to extend our broadcast to cover all of Westlake Plaza, a block in each direction, and duplicate this effort at another remote site - 1600' of linear coverage! This all happened nearly transparent to my team, and without any need for direct supervision. Since we have a very finite window of opportunity for setup and testing, and a myriad of other contractors to manage, Ray's independence and expertise were instrumental to us.

Jake was totally willing to meet up with us a week before the wedding so we could put some things together, including the iterinary for the wedding, since we had no idea what we were doing. He gave us song ideas, explained anything && everything to us. He was great.

Our DJ was very professional, arriving to our wedding in a tuxedo and greeting us outside. He answered all of our questions before the wedding and kept our guests on the dance floor!

We wish we would have had better circumstances for him, as it was a beautiful day, and many people chose to stay outside and couldnt hear the music. But that wasnt his fault! I hate to beat a dead horse, but it was the caterer's!
