From the start, Nick was such a helpful part of the wedding planning process! Prior to the wedding, he helped us plan out what music we wanted playing and when. He has a wealth of experience doing weddings and offered some great suggestions and thoughts in the planning process. On the big day, Nick was extremely organized and on time with the schedule. I appreciated him checking in with us to see if we were ready for the next part of the schedule. He gave us a wonderful grand entrance and did a great job announcing toasts and other parts of the evening. Nick helped make our wedding day truly special. I highly recommend working with him!

Nick did a great job communicating with us and getting enough direction to prepare for the day. He helped us feel empowered to be as hands-on or hand-off with the music selection as we wanted to be. He did a great job keeping things moving on our special day and making announcements. When the dance floor opened up he did a good job of integrating our eclectic selection with some crowd favorites to fill up the dance floor.

We hired Nick for our wedding reception. He was amazing! He listened to all of our requests- we didn’t want any line dancing and wanted the music appropriate in the beginning of the night for the older folks in attendance. He made the atmosphere so comfortable and we had a blast- literally danced for over two hours! He also periodically checked in with us throughout the reception to make sure the cues were correct that we reviewed since we were running overtime greeting our guests. We’d highly recommend him for your next event!

Nick did an outstanding job as the DJ/MC at our wedding! Nick was very well organized and walked us through in detail every little part of the wedding that would require music, introductions, etc...many parts that we weren't even considering, so it was super helpful how he pointed those out to us. Nick made things really simple when it came to music selection. We wanted to be pretty hands on, so we created a playlist and shared the songs we wanted during our prelude, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. And for our first dance and we worked together to figure out the right time to fade in/out. We would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for a great DJ/MC for their special day!

I hired Nick to DJ my wedding last year. Seeing as though the wedding was occurring during a lot of COVID uncertainty, our wedding ended up being in a decent state of flux throughout the entire planning process. What was originally intended to be an 86 person wedding with a reception to follow ended up being a 14 person wedding with no real reception to speak of. Fortunately Nick was incredibly understanding of the situation and worked with us to modify our music plans to fit our modified day. The ceremony music turned out wonderful and Nick was a pleasure to work with!

Nick is well experienced as a wedding DJ/MC and exudes this through a variety of ways. His involvement and understanding of what is expected from him exceeded our expectations. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend him to any of my loved ones in search of a DJ for all types of special occasions.

After reviewing a parade of DJs, we came across Nick. Upon speaking with him by phone, we both liked his approach. He was kind, professional…and he was in the process of relocating. “What if something happens and he doesn’t move back in time for the wedding?” My fiancee asked. Nick assured us that he was moving home and would not fail us. A few weeks later, we met him for coffee in Tacoma and discussed our playlist preferences. Despite our wide varying differences in musical tastes, Nick assured us he could make it work. On the day of our wedding, Nick showed up at noon. He got his gear set up and started playing background music while everyone scrambled about; taking pictures and putting the final touches on the venue. Nick got us across the finish line! After dinner, he got the party started with “This is how we Do It” by Montell Jordan. Everybody was dancing, and he struck the perfect tone! Then, something happened that I’m sure he was completely unaware of. In September 2017, we lost a friend (more like a brother) to Pancreatic Cancer. His favorite song was “I Wanna Dance With Somebody”, by Whitney Houston. I turned around to find another friend in tears. “You know this was Neal’s song!” She sobbed. I knew it was his song, but how did Nick know this was his song? We only discussed one song by Whitney and that wasn’t the one. None of her songs made it onto our playlist! It was then, I knew that his spirit was with us on our special day. We were moved beyond words. Coincidence? I don’t know…but Nick made our day, among the most memorable of our lives. Nick was such a great DJ! He was very helpful in listening to our ideas and wants and putting them together to create the perfect playlist. He also did a great job at reading the crowd and kept everyone dancing all night! I would highly recommend Nick for anyone!

I don't know how to put this, but Nick just makes dreams come true! He listened to our music requests and took note of which types of songs were getting more people dancing and played more of those. He diligently practiced the names of all of our bridal party to get the pronunciation *just* right and make them feel honored. Last, with the pandemic we had some changes that Nick rolled with like a true pro. When my in-laws and groom wanted to surprise us during the reception with an agreed to video from our extended family and a toast from my brother, Nick swept in to make the surprise complete by bringing a projector and making sure the sound ran perfectly. Nick is a pro with heart!!!
